16: 2025 Weekly Run Down 46/52 – Keeping all the balls in the air (not literally)!

This week’s stats:

Running: 16.1 mi
Cycling: 13.7 mi
Walking: 11.5 mi
Strength: 110 min
Yoga/Pilates/Barre: 80 min
Warm up/Stretching: 50 min
Meditation: 70 min

I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

If you ever wonder how I keep up with all the trackers and challenges, I tell you my secret: double-dipping is my superpower! I try to get a 2-for-1 (or sometimes even a 3-for-1) deal whenever possible. I choose a run from one of the trackers to use for my Team Wilpers Challenge runs. I mark off a yoga class on the self-care tracker and count it as my personal yoga streak class as well. You’d be surprised how well it works with a little bit of planning :)

Monday

  • 10 Min Daily Meditation – Anna (11/9/25)
  • 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Matt (5/14/25)
  • Team Wilpers Fall Run Challenge W5R2 Steady State Run
    • 30 Min Coldplay Run – Becs (11/21/19) — Grateful Gram

  • 10 Min Full Body Stretch – Adrian (4/18/25) — Grateful for Selfcare
  • 10 Min Focus Flow: Hips – Denis (12/19/23) — Personal Streak

I got in another Team Wilpers run in this morning, a steady state run (20 min at threshold) and it was good. I also really enjoyed the full body stretch with Adrian, and I added one of my favorite, bookmarked focus flows for hips.

  • 30 Min Countdown to TB Full Body Strength, Wk2D1 – Andy (11/10/25)

  • 5 Min Hip Stretch – Matty (2/10/21)

I met up with #BCBabe1 Lindsay this morning for Andy’s Countdown to Turkey Burn Strength Class. I added my plank session of the day and a nice yoga flow afterward.

    • 30 Min The Who Run – Jon (11/7/25)
  • 10 Min Focus Flow: For Runners – Denis (4/10/23) — Personal Streak

I met up with Lindsay again this morning for core and lower body strength training and then headed out for a 6+ mile run. I checked off a couple of classes for the trackers and also got Week 5 of the Team Wilpers Run Challenge completed. Three more runs (for week 6) before we start the Holiday Challenge on November 24.

  • 5 Min Hip Stretch – Matty (2/10/21) — Grateful Gram
  • 30 Days of Thanks & Planks – 1:10 min

Today was my first day back in the office after 6 weeks! Crazy. I still got a short workout stack done before heading to the office and I was happy to take the Turkey Burn ride with Tanja. I blanked on my scheduled yoga class in the evening. Oh well.

Friday

  • 10 Min Happiness Meditation – Kristin (5/21/24) — Grateful Gram
  • 30 Min Countdown to TB Full Body Strength Wk2D4 – Andy (11/13/25)
  • 15 Min Yoga Flow – Denis (2/28/25) — Personal Streak
  • 30 Days of Thanks & Planks – 1:20 min

I met up with Tanja, Lindsay, and Sherry in the morning for Andy’s second Full Body Strength for the week. I liked the programming. The Peloton App is also praising me for incorporating more strength training again. Thanks for the encouragement, Peloton. Then Tanja joined me for a nice yoga flow with Denis. And of course, I did my (almost) daily plank session.

Saturday

  • 10 Min Meditation for Anxiety – Anna (4/21/23) — Focus Tracker
  • 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Matt (5/14/25)
  • Teams Wilpers Fall Fun Challenge W6R1 | V02 Max Ladder Down
    • 45 Min Countdown to TB Run, Wk2D5 – Becs (11/14/25)
  • 5 Min Cool Down Walk – Becs (10/27/25)
  • 10 Min Focus Flow: For Runners – Denis (4/10/23) — Personal Streak

We had rain in the forecast for today, but then the rain got pushed to later in the evening, so I had plenty of time to get my 45-minute run in. I completed another catch-up run for the Team Wilpers Fall Run Challenge and used the Countdown to TB run with Becs for it. Love double-dipping :) No planks today – today was “Rest Day”.

Sunday

  • 10 Min Morning Meditation – Aditi (11/15/25)
  • 30 Days of Thanks & Planks – 1:20 min
  • 20 Min Arms & Shouldes Strength – Andy (10/30/25)
  • 20 Min 80s Rock Ride – Bradley (8/23/24) — Grateful Gram
  • 20 Min Evening Yoga Flow – Anna (10/23/25 — Personal Streak

I started my morning with meditation and 120 seconds of planks. Good way to wake up your core. I followed that with a 20-minute arm and shoulders workout (which I need) and started #BCBabe Sherry’s Grateful Gram with a quick 80s Ride with Bradley. He always makes me laugh.

Current Challenges + Trackers:

This week, I completed Jaime’s (#theREALnessie) Grateful Gram. I especially enjoyed Becs’ Cold Play Run and the Anna’s Focus Flow.

I also worked on the Countdown to Turkey Burn Challenge (I have four more classes – out of 18 – to get my badge!) and completed a few more classes for the other November trackers. I marked off a coffee date with myself and cooked my favorite meal (which is a veggie-loaded detox soup) for the selfcare tracker. I did miss my Thursday yoga class though. I must have been distracted by my return to work! (Imagine that!)

    1. 120 seconds of planks… wow. I am currently at 40. maybe if life depended on it I can make 50.

I would be interested to hear on how and when you plan your exercises. I always feel I spend too much time on it.

    2. Um, I have SO MANY QUESTIONS about all your streaks and trackers. I guess the one I will ask right now is, where do the visuals that you post here come from? Are they from the app? I have never done anything like this on Peloton so I don’t know. I only see my milestone achievements when I hit a certain number of Strength or Boot Camp classes, but I’ve never seen anything like you post. Please do tell!

    3. Girl, if you are following the challenge you should be at 1 minute 20 second for the plank, which would be 80 seconds. If you are already at 120 seconds for the plank – good for you but you are way ahead of the game….. ;)

    4. I love how you “double dip” your trackers! Good idea! I am filling out the personal streak tracker this month, and my goal is to simply move in some fashion! I’m doing the Peloton biking challenge and need to bike for 50 miles to get a bronze. I’m at 35.2 miles right now, so I’m sure I can do that.

    5. I need to get in a routine of planning my Pelo workouts. I used to do so, but so ended up falling out of that routine & do most of them spur of the moment (usually following a cardio session of some sort).

    6. Wow San, you get so many workouts done in a week. I needed to read this now as I am trying to get back into a fitness routine.
      Well done!

    7. That is SO MUCH STUFF. I am now not only in awe of your workout schedule but your planning prowess lol. I am at a 60-second plank and working on increasing – I should start tracking that in my exercise journal.
