2025 Weekly Run Down 42/52 – Rest Week

This week’s stats:

Walking: 23.24 mi
Yoga/Pilates/Barre: 90 min
Meditation: 90 min

I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

As mentioned, I caught a cold at the end of last week and although I wasn’t completely put out of commission, I ended up taking a bit of a forced rest week. However, I was able to keep up with my meditation and yoga routine and I did a lot of walking with my mom!

  1. I’m glad you had a wonderful visit with your parents, and that you were able to spend so much time visiting and seeing California. And you have done a great job with your exercise.

  2. Sorry about the cold, but hooray for a visit with your parents. I hope you enjoyed your time with them in town and it looks like you had great weather.

  3. Walking and looking at murals sounds like a wonderful experience! I checked out the website, and they look amazing – probably even more so in person. Your trackers are so fun! I didn’t start one this month, as I still feel like I’m learning the ropes of Peloton. I’m having a blast with it!

  4. Maybe it’s just me, but you and your mom have very similar smiles. I am so glad you were able to hang out and walk with her when you were not feeling well. And that you were able to join your Serenity Sunday group after they left. Goodbyes stink, particularly when the time together is so good for the heart and soul.

  5. So much walking time with you mom. So lovely. I bet it is really hard to let them go.
