This week, I participated in a relay race at the Citylauf (City Run) Grevenbroich 2025. My sister, who’s a teacher, was signed up with her school (there’s a ton of kids’ races) and asked me if I would run the relay race with her and a colleague. Of course, I said yes! I have long wanted to run an official race with her! The relay was short – it was basically a 1200m sprint (and I have NOT trained for sprints recently, haha!) – but it was so much fun! I traveled on the train and visited with friends, so the rest of the week was for meditation and walks.
