This week’s stats:
Running: 7.2 mi

Yoga/Pilates/Barre: 105 min
Warm up/Stretching/Foam Rolling: 40 min

I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

I had no real plans this week. The Power Zone Challenge ended last week and I have not signed up for any new challenges (other than the monthly trackers, which just provide some motivation to pick a variety of classes). I did a little bit of everything this week. I did a few strength classes, I picked some fun rides, I ran a couple of times, and I continued with my daily yoga and meditation. All in all, it felt like a good week!
Monday
- 10 Min Morning Mediation – Chelsea (4/17/25)
- 20 Min Soundtrack Strength Club – Callie (2/8/25) —Collect the Musical Eggs
- 10 Min Arms & Light Weights – Jon (4/22/25) — Arms & Light Weights
- 10 Min Foam Rolling: Chest & Back – Rebecca (1/8/25) —Egg-ceptional Self-Care
- 16 Min Just Ride: Outdoors
- 16 Min Just Ride: Outdoors
- 15 Min Restorative Yoga – Anna (4/14/23) — Personal Streak
I did a full body strength class and arms & light weights this morning because I am recommitting to more strength work. I have to make a weekly plan to fit this in. The foam rolling class afterwards was great too.
Tuesday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Kirra (4/27/25)
- 10 Min Yoga Flow – Denis (8/5/24) — Personal Streak
- 30 Min Spotify Rock This Ride – Emma (1/28/21) — Collect the Musical Eggs
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Matt (3/4/25)
- 16 Min Just Ride: Outdoors
- 19 Min Just Walk: Outdoors
- 16 Min Just Ride: Outdoor
- 10 Min Sleep Meditation – Kristin (9/30/21)
I finished up the Collect the Musical Eggs Tracker today with Emma’s Rock Ride. After 6 weeks of mostly Power Zones Rides, this was a nice change with a fun playlist.
Wednesday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Ross (1/20/24)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Floor Poses – Denis (7/10/22) — Personal Streak
- 20 Min Full Body Strength – Andy (4/1/25)
- 10 Min Full Body Stretch – Andy (4/27/25)
- 15 Min Just Ride: Outdoors
- 25 Min Just Ride: Outdoors
My morning started with a meditation and a focus flow. The floor poses were a gentle way to wake up and get moving. Then I picked another 20-minute strength class because I really need to fit in more weights again going forward.
Thursday
- 10 Min Calming Meditation – Kristin (5/25/23)
- 10 Min Yoga Flow – Denis (4/10/22) — Personal Streak
- 5 Min Warm Up Ride – CDE (12/21/22)
- 30 Min Power Zone Endurance Ride – Matt (4/11/25) — Field of Love
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Matt (3/4/25)
- 10 Min Mid-Night Meditation – Ross (8/2/21)
I started my morning with a yoga flow for runners and then picked a Power Zone Endurance Ride that was solely going to be training in Zone 2. I enjoy this type of endurance training very much and it’s a great class to train different cadence/resistence combinations.

Friday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Nico (5/1/25)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: For Runners – Denis (4/10/23) — Personal Streak
- 20 Min 80s Run – Jon (1/10/25) — Field of Love
- Extra 10: Endurance – Jon (4/13/25)
- 19 Min Just Walk: Outdoors
I told myself this morning that I had a to get out for a run. I really need to bet back into a regular running routine. I am currently thinking way too much about if I want to run or not. If I am in a running routine, I don’t think about it, I just do it. Today was a good start (I hope).

Saturday
- 10 Min Kindness Meditation – Ross (11/11/23)
- 30 Min 90s Yoga Flow – Kristin (6/18/24) — Personal Streak/Field of Love
- 30 Min Sleep Meditation – Ross (3/17/23)
I opted for an active rest day and chose a longer yoga flow this morning. As you know, I have a daily yoga routine, but I usually do 10-15 minutes. It was really nice to commit too a longer flow today.
Sunday
- 10 Min Empathy Meditation – Kristin (7/18/23)
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Susie (4/20/25)
- 30 Min Outdoor Run Club – Jon (4/12/25) — Field of Love
- Extra 10: Endurance – Susie (4/12/25)
- 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Chelsea (8/18/21) — Personal Streak/Serenity Sunday
- 30 Min Sleep Meditation – Kristin (4/10/24)
I went for another run this morning and felt good about it. I am not pushing for any paces right now, I am just trying to run by feel. I also joined the Streakers365 for Serenity Sunday in the afternoon.

Current Challenges + Trackers:
I successfully finished all the trackers for April (I just didn’t get the bonus classes for the Arms & Light Weights tracker) and then mid-week, it was time to start a new month!

I picked three new trackers for May – The “Field of Love” tracker (with a variety of classes), the Self-Care tracker, and my Personal Streak tracker.

Streaker365 Collect the Musical Eggs
Streaker365 Arms & Light Weights
Streaker365 Egg-ceptional Self Care
Streaker365 April Personal Streak (Daily Yoga)
Streaker365 Field of Love (May)
Streaker365 May You Bloom: A Floral Journey to Wellness
Streaker365 May Personal Streak (Daily Yoga)
Streaker365 Serenity Sunday (restorative yoga + meditation)
How was your start into May?

May 5, 2025 at 3:31 amMaybe “just running” is the way to go for now – there’s something to be said for not overthinking it sometimes. Enjoying the movement, being outside, being able to do the activities you love? Sounds good to me. :) Hugs, friend.

May 5, 2025 at 4:32 amSounds like a great week! I’m also recommitting to more strength training. And, you got two runs in! I’ll bet that felt good. I agree- we can’t get too bogged down in whether or not we WANT to do these things (if I did that, I would rarely lift weights!) But if we’re in a routine, we just do it.

May 5, 2025 at 9:05 amI am also I’m a phase of not running too much right now and just running if I feel like it. I’m ok with it and I am really enjoying doing more strength as well. Have a great week ahead

May 5, 2025 at 5:55 pmWe love a good week! So glad you had one!
You always have so many challenges going… I get overwhelmed when I try to take on too many. I love “just” running. It keeps things so simple.

May 5, 2025 at 7:42 pmNice week! The running when it happens works, so I’d say just do what you can when you’re feeling it. I admire your daily yoga-I REALLY need to follow your lead ;-)
