2025 Weekly Run Down 51/52 –  Streakers365 Virtual Snowman Run

This week’s stats:

Running:  14.2 mi
Cycling: 23.8 mi
Walking: 11.5 mi
Strength: 65 min
Yoga/Pilates/Barre: 115 min
Warm up/Stretching: 50 min
Meditation: 80 min

I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

As if the monthly trackers are not enough, our Streaker365 admin team also comes up with other seasonal fun challenges, and in December, they host a Virtual Snowman Run. I pledged 10K this year and completed my run this weekend! I am squishing all my training runs at the end of the week right now (which is not ideal,) but I’ve been struggling with the late sunrises and early sunsets. I’ve been doing my early morning workouts at home and have taken my runs to the treadmill this week. I am so thankful that I have access to one.

Monday

  • 10 Min Daily Meditation – Anna (12/14/25)
  • 10 Min Barre: Core – Ally (11/10/25) — Festive Fitness
  • 15 Min Morning Yoga Flow – Chelsea (5/15/25) — Personal Streak

After three days of running, I declared Monday an active rest day and only did a Barre class and a yoga flow.

Tuesday

  • 10 Min Daily Meditation – Anna (12/14/25)
  • 30 Min Restorative Yoga – Nico (9/15/25) — Personal Streak

I didn’t sleep well and woke up with a headache, so I took it easy today as well.

Wednesday

  • 10 Min Daily Meditation – Anna (12/14/25)
  • 5 Min Standing Core Strength – Rebecca (12/3/25) — Festive Fitness
  • 10 Min Core Strength – Rebecca (10/20/24) — Festive Fitness
  • 20 Min Arms & Shoulders Strength – Andy (12/4/25)
  • 10 Min Sculpt Flow – Johanna (12/6/25) — Personal Streak

I was up for a bit more strength training today and knocked out a few classes for the trackers. I also enjoyed the arms & shoulders strength class with Andy. He always makes me laugh. I am not sure yet what I think about the new Peloton yoga instructor. I guess I have to take a few classes before I can really say anything about her.

Thursday

  • 10 Min Hanukkah Meditation – Anna (12/13/25)
  • 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Sam (11/20/25)
  • 30 Min Power Zone Endurance Ride – CDE (10/30/25)
  • 5 Min Cool Down Ride – CDE (11/27/25)
  • 10 Min Focus Flow: For Riders – Denis (8/26/25) — Personal Streak

I picked out a Power Zone Endurance (PZE) ride for this morning because I joined the new Power Zone Challenge (starting in January), and I haven’t really done many Power Zone Rides lately. I should probably do an FTP test (which I don’t want to do), so I wanted to try and see how I do. This was a “Zone 2” ride and felt good.

Friday

  • 10 Min Patience Meditation – Denis (12/12/25)
  • 10 Min Core Strength – Emma (12/7/25)
  • 20 Min Full Body Strength – Jess S (9/15/25)
  • 5 Min Warm Up Walk – Jon (5/1/24)
  • Team Wilpers Holiday Run Challenge W4R1 | Hills Run
    • 30 Min Holiday Run – Hannah F (12/3/22)
  • 10 Min 10% Hike – Jon (11/16/25)
  • 10 Min Savasana – Nico (10/29/24) — Personal Streak

I met up with Lindsay and Sherry this morning for some core and fully body strength work to celebrate Lindsay’s #2600 Strength Milestone.
I ran errands in the morning and then decided to do my Team Wilpers run on the treadmill. I was supposed to do hill repeats, and they’re easier to do on the treadmill, where you can set the incline. The graph is not entirely accurate because my Garmin doesn’t connect with the tread (and GPS obviously doesn’t work either to gauge pace), but that’s ok – you get the gist.

Saturday

  • 10 Min Morning Meditation – Anna (12/18/25)
  • 45 Min Pentatonix Ride – CDE (12/13/20)
  • 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Bradley (11/5/25) — Focus Tracker
  • 10 Min Focus Flow: For Riders – Nico (5/26/25) — Personal Streak
  • 5 Min Warm-up Walk – Jon (4/5/23)
  • Team Wilpers Holiday Run Challenge W4R2 | Threshold Repeats
    • 30 Min Pop Run – Jon (9/6/25)
  • 5 Min Cool Down Walk – Jon (12/8/25)
  • 5 Min Post-Run Stretch – Jon (3/14/24)

I joined my Streakers365 team for a scheduled “Swarm ride” in the morning. There were 50+ Streakers on the Pentatonix Ride, including my #pelobestie Tanja, two of the #BCBabes, Lindsay and Sherry, and I was so thrilled to also finally be riding with Michelle today! What a sweet surprise, and I am so happy she has joined the Streaker365!

I also got my second Team Wilpers Run for this week done. Threshold repeats. I am always happy to do intervals!

Sunday

  • 10 Min Gratitude Meditation – Anna (11/25/25)
  • 5 Min Warm Up Walk – Jess S (1/11/24)
  • Team Wilpers Holiday Run Challenge W4R3 | Hilly Run
    • 45 Min 2000s Run – Jon (12/6/25)
  • 15 Min Pop Run – Jon (11/25/25)
  • 5 Min Cool Down Walk – Jon (12/8/25)
  • 5 Min Post-Run Stretch – Jon (3/14/24)
  • 20 Min Hanukkah Restorative – Anna (12/7/23) — Personal Streak
  • 10 Min Peace Meditation – Anna (7/17/21)

I slept in this morning, then started my day with a meditation – as usual. In the afternoon, I took advantage of the tread again to get a ‘hilly’ long run done. The goal was to keep the average HR under 155 BPM (mine was 144 BPM) and to vary the incline every few minutes between 3-8%. I love the tread for work like this. I added another 15 minutes at the end of my run to complete my 10K for the 4th Annual Snowman Run.

As you might have noticed, I am running a lot with Jon (Hosking – the Peloton instructor, not my husband) this week. He’s just so damn entertaining, and his running form looks so effortless. It’s so pleasant and calming to watch him run and listen to his chatter!

Current Challenges + Trackers:

I am really enjoying all the trackers this month. I know it can seem a bit overwhelming to keep them all straight, but it helps me to get a variety of classes on my schedule every week.

  1. Wow, San, that’s a seriously packed week! I love how you’re mixing runs, strength, yoga, and meditation, it’s like a full-on wellness festival. I love tracking health stats and workouts myself because you really can’t manage what you don’t measure.
Seeing everything laid out like this shows the effort and variety you’re putting in, and it makes it easier to spot patterns or gaps.
That Virtual Snowman Run sounds adorable! Well done!
