Yoga/Pilates/Barre: 110 min

Meditation: 140 min
I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

Phew, I am back home in California this week, trying desperately to get back to a regular routine (not sure how many times I’ve said that lately!). I’ve sprinkled in a few different types of classes this week but am planning to get on some kind of running plan and maybe pick a strength program from the Peloton platform next week. I need some structure in my life.
Monday
- 20 Min Relaxing Meditation – Kristin (3/15/22)
- 15 Min Just Walk: Outdoor
Today was travel day. I managed a 20-minute meditation on the plane and a 15-minute walk at the airport.
Tuesday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Chelsea (6/15/25)
- 20 Min Restorative – Anna (4/30/24) — Personal Streak
My first night back in my own bed, and I slept 10 hours, hoping to combat jetlag with as much force as I can. A meditation and restorative yoga had to do today.
Wednesday
- 10 Morning Meditation – Nico (6/17/25)
- 20 Min Focus Flow: Twists – Denis (7/15/22) — Personal Streak
- 10 Min Core Strength – Ben (6/8/25)
- 5 Min Upper Body Stretch – Andy (12/13/23)
Today was my first day back at work, and the 6 o’clock alarm was brutal. I planned for a short but sweet workout stack to ease myself back into early morning workouts.
Thursday
- 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Hannah F (5/26/25)
- 30 Min Power Zone Endurance Ride – Hannah F (1/24/25) — All Star Dudes
- 10 Min Cool Down Ride – Hannah F (5/1/25)
- 20 Min Breath In, Speak Up Yoga Flow – Chelsea (6/17/22)
- 10 Min Juneteenth Meditation – Chelsea (6/18/21)
- 20 Min Sleep Meditation – Ross (6/23/22)
If I hadn’t forgotten that today was a holiday (and that I had the day off), I would have just stayed longer in Germany. My flight-booking self had no foresight a few months ago when I made my travel plans. Instead, I got to ride with Tanja again, finally, and joined her for a Power Zone Endurance Ride and a 20-minute yoga flow this morning.
Friday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Kirra ( 5/18/25)
- 20 Min Focus Flow: Hips – Denis (10/24/21) — Personal Streak
- 15 Min Upper Body Strength – Erik (12/6/24) — All Star Dudes
- 20 Min Morning Walking Meditation – Denis (7/3/24) — Swing into Self-Care
- 10 Min Sleep Meditation – Kristin (2/9/20)
Fridays are usually my days off, but I worked today. I did some yoga and strength training in the morning and also went for a lunchtime walk. The Walking Meditation with Denis was lovely, and I bookmarked it right away. Great music choice and soothing words. I highly recommend it.
Saturday
- 10 Daily Meditation – Chelsea (5/25/25)
I had a busy day and took a rest day, but I did get some steps in walking through (the entire showroom at) Ikea. Haha.
Sunday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Aditi (6/1/25)
- 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Cody (3/24/25)
- 30 Min Britney Spears Ride – Cody (7/15/20)
- 5 Min Cool Down Ride – Hannah F (5/29/25)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Floor Poses – Ross (9/21/22) — Personal Streak
- 20 Min Restorative – Kristin (3/21/23) — Serenity Sunday
- 10 Min Relaxing Meditation – Ross (4/1/23) — Serenity Sunday
We met up with some members of the Streakers365 Group for a “Swarm Ride”. It was so fun to see so many people on the leaderboard. After taking a break for a few weeks, I finally joined for meditation and yoga for Serenity Sunday with the Streakers365.
Current Challenges + Trackers:
I resumed my yoga practice this week and got a few classes checked off for both the self-care tracker and the All Star Dudes tracker. I don’t think I’ll be able to finish the All Star Dudes trackers (because I am running out of days in June), but it’ll still be fun to take some of the music classes throughout the rest of this month.

Streaker365 June Personal Streak (Daily Yoga)

June 23, 2025 at 12:36 amI’m sure “structure” will feel so good. You’ve had constant uncertainty and so much travel and upheaval so far in 2025. Getting back into a routine, for really the first time this calendar year, will be such a relief. Sending hugs, my friend <3

June 23, 2025 at 5:57 amI definitely feel the need for structure in my strength routines as well especially after travel. I highly recommend Andy’s total strength 2-it is a great all around program

June 23, 2025 at 2:22 pmI love your commitment to yoga and meditation. I had not seen the walking meditation with Denis before…I’m gonna look that up and give it a go this afternoon!

June 23, 2025 at 5:47 pmWelcome back home! It does feel good to get back in a routine after travel. Glad you got a solid night of sleep too (10 hours, yay!).

June 24, 2025 at 6:14 amI’ll bet it feels good to be back! Sounds like you’re easing back into things perfectly. I’ll bet Denis’s walking meditation is great- he was always my favorite yoga teacher on Peloton.

June 28, 2025 at 11:52 amWe were just back from five days away and then I got really sick. Yesterday was the first day I could do yoga and go for a walk with the dog and it felt amazing – it was also cool for a couple of days after a stretch of heat warning, so that was also really nice.

July 12, 2025 at 12:40 amHope you find some structure and routine. This first half of 2025 truly threw you many curve balls.

July 12, 2025 at 11:48 amHonestly, your commitment to yoga and meditation amazes me. I need you in my ear, reminding me that I need to prioritize them, too. Let’s just say I have… no history with either. :)
I was at IKEA yesterday – with my niece. A full walk through + returning to the store to get to the restaurant for her to have her favorite meal EVER (meatballs, of course, with peas and mashed potatoes) + going through half the store to get back out. So. Many. Steps! :)
