2025 Weekly Run Down 41/52 – Fitting in what I can!

This run down will be short and sweet because I am enjoying the (forced) time off with my parents and workouts are not my priority right now. But if you know me a little bit, I’ve still been trying to fit in what I could. I kept up with my morning meditation and yoga routine and got a couple of runs in. Unfortunately, I caught a cold towards the end of the week (I think my parents might have brought them when traveling on the airplane) and I had to take a step back from the run challenge.

I woke up with a headache and stuffy nose and decided to take it easy and not run. It was a pretty low key day.

I went to Napa Valley with my parents and we explored downtown Napa and visited a winery. It was a fun day!

I’ve only picked three trackers for this month because I knew I would be busy with my parents here and didn’t want to overcommit. So far, I’ve been able to keep up.
