To finish up, I joined Lindsay for a postnatal yoga flow. She just had a baby in April and she thanked me for joining the class, even though it was a postnatal class. I mean, what’s good for postnatal Lindsay, can’t be bad for me, amirite? ;)

Wednesday

  • 10 Min Morning Meditation – Denis (5/9/25) — Summer Fun Self Care
  • 10 Min Morning Yoga Flow – Chelsea (9/27/23)— Personal Streak

Today was “field work day”, which meant I left the house early and came back very late, so there wasn’t much time for me in the morning to fit in a workout. A meditation and a short yoga flow were all I had time for. I still got my 10,000 steps in for the day (and lifted some equipment, if that counts).

Thursday

  • 10 Min Courage Meditation – Anna (12/12/23)
  • 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Rebecca (7/17/24)

  • 10 Min Savasana – Kristin (10/26/22) — Personal Streak

I moved my Wednesday run to Thursday and I got to practice some more over/under intervals. Still working on the pacing!

Friday

  • 10 Min Morning Meditation – Chelsea (7/17/25)
  • 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Bradley (12/16/24)

  • Extra 10: Triceps – Adrian (7/9/25) — Extra 10/ Stronger into Summer

I met up with Tanja and Sherry (#BCBabe) for a 50/50 Bootcamp and it was so good. I hadn’t done a bootcamp in quite a while, and it was definitely overdue. I wanna do it again soon. I also added a stretch, a focus flow and a quick arm workout for my triceps.

Saturday

  • 10 Min Morning Meditation – Aditi (7/15/25)
  • 10 Min Post-Meal Walk – Jon (3/3/25) — Summer Fun Self Care
  • 10 Min Savasana – Denis (5/20/22) — Personal Streak

I had some commitments in the morning and kept putting my run off until I decided to postpone it altogether. Saturday ended up as an unintended rest day for me.

  • 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Rebecca (7/17/24)

  • 15 Min Yoga Drills: Hips – Kirra (4/8/25) — Summer Bucket List/Personal Streak
  • 10 Min Glutes & Legs – Rebecca (7/8/25) — Stronger into Summer
  • 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Kirra (7/15/25) — Serenity Sunday
  • 10 Min Calming Meditation – Ross (5/28/23) — Serenity Sunday

I started my morning with a ‘long run’ with alternating easy and halfmarathon pace. It was beautiful 60F/16C outside when I left the house. When I got back, Tanja joined me for some yoga drills and a glutes & legs class. Holy mo, I needed those (although I want to argue that Kirra’s class was NOT intermediate, but more advanced. Just a warning if you’re planning to take it). I also joined the Streakers365 crew for Serenity Sunday in the afternoon.

Current Challenges + Trackers:

I am plugging along on the trackers. It’s been great to sprinkle in some fun classes.

  1. Oh, i’m envious- I would kill for a 60 degree run right now! Are you going to train for another marathon?
Sounds like you’re firmly back into your routine- that must feel good!

  2. It was a 60 degree day this morning for my run and it was glorious! I almost felt chilly. It’s funny how our bodies adapt. Way to go to get back to your routine – lots of varied activity for you this week, nice job!

  3. I “listened” to that HIIT run with Adrian and Matt, recently, while on a “regular” un. They were very entertaining! I should check-out Kirra’s class…I really like the short classes because they don’t waste ANY time ;-)

  4. I am so looking forward to temps with 6’s in front of them! Mondays are usually my favorite workout days as well. Have a great week!

  5. I missed this post – argh! Glad you were able to get some field work in AND that you’re able to run even with the draconian RTO policy. (And yes, lifting equipment totally counts – of course!)
