This week’s stats:
Running: 3.3 mi
Cycling: 58.7 mi
Bootcamp: 30 min
Strength: 15 min
Yoga/Pilates/Barre: 130 min
Warm up/Stretching: 45 min
Meditation: 110 min
I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

I was back home this week but I started working full-time from the office again on Monday, so my newest challenge has been establishing a new morning routine where I get my workouts in and get myself dressed and out the door at a specific time. My morning flexibility is gone, which is particularly sad because I won’t be able to work out with Tanja anymore during the week.
Monday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Aditi (2/9/25)
- 30 Min WHM Two for One Yoga Conditioning – Kristin & Mariana (3/15/23) — Hearts & Harmony/Personal Streak
- 10 Min Low Impact Cardio – Rebecca (1/14/25) — Saved by Love
- 10 Min Sleep Meditation – Nico (1/14/25)
Kristin’s and Mariana’s Two for One Yoga Conditioning was really fun. It’s yoga that includes light weights. I should do this more often.
Tuesday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Chelsea (2/23/25)
- 20 Min Pilates – Irène (11/12/24) — Who adores your core?
- 30 Min Power Zone Endurance Ride – Matt (9/3/24)
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Denis (2/4/25)
- 10 Min Savasana – Kristin (4/22/21) — Personal Streak

I want to get back to Power Zone Training but I haven’t done Power Zone Rides in a while. So I chose a Power Zone Endurance Ride with Matt today that kept me in Zone 2. It felt like the perfect way to get acclimated to the zones again.
Wednesday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Kirra (1/26/25)
- 15 Min Core for Runners – Becs (6/1/21) — Who adores your core?
- 30 Min Power Zone Endurance Ride – Denis (3/21/24)
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Denis (7/11/23)
- 10 Min Sleep Meditation – Chelsea (1/14/25)

I started with some core work for runner and then opted for another Power Zone Endurance Ride in Zone 2. Sweaty, but doable.
Thursday
- 10 Min Gratitude Meditation – Nico (2/9/25)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Core – Mariana (7/31/24) — Who adores your core?/Personal Streak
- 30 Min Power Zone Endurance Ride – Erik (5/18/23)
- 5 Min Cool Down Ride – Bradley (6/29/23)
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Bradley (9/25/22)
- 5 Min Sleep Mediation – Kirra (12/15/24)

I knocked out the last core class for the core tracker and then again chose a Power Zone Endurance Ride in Zone 2.
Friday
- 5 Min Get To Know Me Warm Up Ride – Camila (2/9/25)
- 30 Min Bootcamp: Upper Body – Jess S (2/20/25)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: For Riders – Denis (2/25/25) — Personal Streak
- Extra 10: Low Impact Ride – Bradley (9/30/24)
- 15 Min Sleep Meditation – Kirra (1/5/25)
I met up with the #BCBabes1 this morning for an Upper Body Bike Bootcamp. It was nice to work out with friends again. Denis’ Focus Flow for Riders was really good too.
Saturday
- 10 Min Courage Meditation – Kristin (3/26/24)
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Alex K (2/24/25)
- 30 Min Premiere Run – Alex K (2/24/25)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Core – Denis (2/4/22) — Personal Streak
- 5 Min Lower Body Stretch – Adrian (2/25/25)
I procrastinated until the afternoon, but I did get myself outdoors for a run today. Alex Karwoski is a tread instructor now. I took his Premiere run and look forward to more runs with him. He seems to be a good coach. He’s previously only done row classes (and I haven’t had access to a rower until recently, so I am excited he’ll start teaching other classes as well).
Sunday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Chelsea (1/19/25)
- Extra 10: Climb Ride – CDE (10/9/23) — SUMMIIT Climb
- 30 Min Feel Good Ride – Ally (3/2/25) — SUMMIIT Climb
- Extra 10: Climb Ride – Hannah F (1/5/25) — SUMMIIT Climb
- Extra 10: Climb Ride – Emma (6/3/24) — SUMMIIT Climb
- 20 Min Yoga Flow – Kristin (12/19/23) — Personal Streak
- 15 Min Metal Ride – Bradley (1/7/25) — SUMMIIT Climb
- Extra 10: Climb Ride – Cody (1/22/24) — SUMMIIT Climb
- 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Aditi (6/28/23) — Serenity Sunday
- 10 Min Gratitude Mediation – Chelsea (9/12/24) — Serenity Sunday
I signed up for the SUMMIIT Climb event (which is taking place between March 2-8) because I need something to focus on this week. I hope it’ll get me back to my base-level fitness. My workouts have felt so unstructured lately. I joined my Streakers365 team and will attempt to climb Mount Haleakala (10,000 ft) over the next 8 days. As always, I joined the team for Serenity Sunday – restorative yoga and meditation in the afternoon.

Current Challenges + Trackers:
I was able to complete four trackers for February (yay!) and I am so thankful for these fun challenges that keep me accountable and on track every month. I have my March trackers lined up already but I’ll share those next week!

Streaker365 February Who adores your Core?
Streaker365 Saved with Love
Streaker365 Hearts & Harmony: A Self-Love Challenge
Streaker365 February Personal Streak (Daily Yoga)
Streaker365 Serenity Sunday (restorative yoga + meditation)
Did you have a good week? Any changes to your workout routine?

March 3, 2025 at 9:32 amIt can be challenging to adapt to a new routine. Looks like you are off to a great start though.

March 3, 2025 at 1:03 pmRestorative yoga sounds like just what you needed. My only update is that I got to run outside 3 times last week. Hooray for that.

March 3, 2025 at 1:36 pmI went for my first run since probably December since the weather has warmed up. But it was so awkward to run with my hand in the splint that I will stick to walks until I’m out of the splint in about a week! I can’t wait for that milestone.
I’m sorry you can no longer WFH. I’ve been WFH while in the splint since it makes getting ready so difficult but I will be back in the office the week of the 17th, although only for 3 days/week.

March 3, 2025 at 1:53 pmWelcome to my (new) world:-) It’s tough to lose the extra morning time (for workouts). I’m adjusting, but it’s not been pretty, LOL. I love all the biking you do!

March 4, 2025 at 8:06 pmI’m sorry that you’ve lost your mornings, having that time to exercise is SO NICE. I know you are dedicated though and finding time in the afternoons will happen. You had a lot of success last month.

March 5, 2025 at 7:58 pmI did a yoga conditioning class months ago and really strained my neck. I know, I know, cool story. But after that, I decided to keep my yoga and strength training separate. I’ve been doing well with my 30 min daily yoga, but haven’t lifted in 3 weeks. I did RK’s splits and hike/lift program. Next up is Jess Sims’ 3 day split program. I’ve heard good things!

March 6, 2025 at 3:42 amWhat a bummer that you are now required to go in the office 5 days/week. Sigh. You were clearly productive at home – people who make blanket requirements like this for the sake of feeling like they have power drive me, um, batty. (Keeping it PG here on the blog…) I hope that keeping up your time with your workout-mates is helping. <3

March 6, 2025 at 3:48 amI’m so bummed we can’t workout together anymore, during the week. But you’ll adjust to your new schedule soon and we still have the weekends!
Hope this work/life situation is not taking away anything else for your!
Miss you!

March 22, 2025 at 4:35 amOh I must have missed you telling us about being back at the office full-time. What a bummer to have to switch your routine. But I am sure you’ll find a way.
