I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

It’s September! I have no idea how that happened but I started this new month with a completely new set of Streakers365 trackers! Don’t you love it when a new month begins on a Monday? This was also the last week of the PZPack Raiders of the Lost Zone Power Zone Challenge, and I run another 10-miler this weekend. Pretty happy how this week turned out!
Monday
- 10 Min Savasana – Kristin (4/22/21) — Personal Streak
- 20 Min Sleep Meditation – Ross (2/22/23)
Labor Day = National Holiday = Rest Day! I had good intentions to move, but no follow-through today. Oh well. But I got something for the Streakers Summer Self-Care Survival Kit tracker checked off: We made baked Salmon tonight for dinner (yum!) and I counted that as “up your protein intake”.
Tuesday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Chelsea (8/31/25)
- 10 Min Build Up to Push Ups: Week 2, Day 2 – Joslyn
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Jon (4/2/25)
- 30 Min Endurance Run – Hannah F (7/19/25) — PZ-W6Run1/Streakers Go Back To School
- 5 Min Cool Down Walk – Jon (9/9/24)
- 30 Min Pop Walk – Matty (4/30/25) — PZ-W6AR
- 15 Min Evening Yoga Flow – Chelsea (9/23/24) — Personal Streak
We had the weirdest weather this morning. There was thunder and lightning outside my window when I woke up, but no rain. You must know that where I live, we usually don’t get summer thunderstorms and if we do, it’s usually just dry lightning or sheet lightning. The weather app suggested that there might be localized showers, but I didn’t see any rain. It was cloudy and noticeably humid outside when I left for my 30-minute run, though, but the heat burned that off quickly.
I finally picked up the Build Up to Push Ups program again (I slacked for two weeks), and I met up with my friend Sherry for a virtual walk during my lunch break.

Wednesday
- 10 Min Morning Mediation – Aditi (9/2/25) — Survival Kit
- 5 Min Warm Up Ride – CDE (9/1/25)
- 45 Min Power Zone Endurance Ride – CDE (6/30/25) — PZ-W6Ride1
- 5 Min Cool Down Ride – Denis (5/13/25)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: For Riders – Mariana (11/15/22) — Personal Streak
- 6 Min Just Walk: Outdoor
- 20 Min Disco Walk — Streakers Go Back To School
I tackled a 45-minute Power Zone Endurance Ride this morning. I also enjoyed Mariana’s focus flow for riders. It’s a great alternative to a post-ride stretch.

Thursday
- 10 Min Happiness Meditation – Nico (8/26/25)
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Susie (7/24/24)
- 45 Min Endurance Run – Matt (11/4/24) — PZ-W6Run2
- 10 Min Cool Down Walk – Jon (6/8/23)
- 10 Min Basics: Pigeon – Kristin (4/13/22) — Personal Streak
- 30 Min Motown Walk – Joslyn (7/11/24) — Streakers Go Back To School
There was a 45-minute endurance run on the PZ Challenge schedule but I wanted intervals for breakfast, so intervals I did! I used an old workout that I had saved on my Garmin and it was fun! I also met up (virtually) with my friend Sherry again for a lunchtime walk.

Friday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Kirra (9/14/23)
- 20 Min Disco Pilates – Kristin (11/10/23)
- 30 Min Power Zone Endurance 2000s Ride – Denis (4/20/21) — PZ-W6Ride2/Streakers Go Back To School
- 5 Min Cool Down Ride – Jenn (7/8/25)
- 10 Min Full Body Stretch – Hannah C (6/26/25) — Survival Kit
This morning we had a #BCBabes Party! All five of us – Sherry, Lindsay, Kristin, Melissa, and I – finally were all united on the leaderboard for a kickass Pilates class with Kristin McGee! Afterwards, I jumped on the bike to finish up the Power Zone Challenge. I wasn’t going to do the FTP test this time, so I was happy to do one more Power Zone Endurance Ride with Denis. His playlist was spot-on.

Saturday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Nico (9/4/25)
- 10 Min Build Up to Push Ups: Week 3, Day 1 – Joslyn
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Wrists – Kristin (7/12/23) — Personal Streak/Survival Kit
- 10 Min HIIT Cardio – Selena (8/20/21) — Streakers Go Back To School
I had a busy day but was able to fit in a bit of strength work and a HIIT Cardio class.
Sunday
- 10 Min Courage Meditation – Ross (10/1/23) — Survival Kit
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Matt (5/14/25)
- 10-mile run + 10 Min Cool Down Walk
- 30 Min Pop Run – Olivia (6/13/24) — Streakers Go Back To School
- 30 Min Outdoor Run Club – Rebecca (8/9/25)
- 30 Min Rock Run – Mayla (1/22/25)
- 15 Min 90s Run – Susie (3/24/23)
- 5 Min Post-Run Stretch – JJ (6/11/25)
- 20 Min Restorative – Kirra (5/16/24) — Personal Streak/Serenity Sunday
- 10 Min Body Scan Meditation – Denis (6/10/25) — Serenity Sunday
- 10 Min Pool Swim
I tricked myself into another 10-mile run today. I set out for 6 miles but ended up extending my route. It’s been good for me to tackle some longer distances again. I joined the Streakers for yoga and meditation for Serenity Sunday in the afternoon, and I ended the weekend with a few laps in the pool and a dip in the hot tub!

September 8, 2025 at 4:50 amYour dedication to daily meditation is impressive! That is one area I have not been able to get on board with! I have not seen the push ups progression challenge but that sounds good for anyone. Great goals this month

September 8, 2025 at 5:52 amOoh, you ran 10 miles! It’s always fun to get into the double digits. I can’t remember if you said- do you have a race you’re training for?
Nice variety in your week as usual! And, I’m here for all the September vibes.

September 14, 2025 at 1:52 amYou know I am always amazed by your dedication.
I wonder though… how much time to you spend finding the right workout. I sometimes spend too much time deciding what to do and researching the next yoga video. Or maybe that is the advantage of the pelovers?
