- 20 Min Sleep Meditation – Kristin (8/12/21)
Weeee! Doesn’t this run look like fun? You gotta admit, it looks like a ton of fun – and it was! I love speed intervals with walk breaks! Give them a try sometime!

Tuesday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Aditi (10/22/24)
- 10 Min Morning Flow – Chelsea (9/27/23) — Personal Streak
- 30 Min Legs & Shoulders – Erik (4/4/23) | 3 Day Intermediate Split Day 1 — Summer Bucket List
- 18 Min Just Ride: Outdoor
- 17 Min Just Ride: Outdoor
I started Erik’s 3-Day Intermediate Split program today, not only because I needed it for the Summer Bucket List tracker, but also because I am trying to sprinkle in more regular strength sessions. These 3-day split programs are perfect for that. Today we focused on legs and shoulders. I also rode my bike to work.
Wednesday
- 10 Min Mental Health Meditation – Nico (5/5/25)
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Rebecca (7/17/24)
- Team Wilpers Summer Run Challenge 2025 – W2R2 | Over/Under Intervals
- 30 Min Summer Celebration Run – Jon (7/17/24) — Summer Bucket List
- 5 Min @ Easy Pace
- 5 Min @ Marathon Pace
- 3x 1 Min @ Threshold Pace/ 1 Min Marathon Pace
- 3 Min @ Easy Pace
- 4 x 1 Min @ Threshold Pace/ 1 Min Marathon Pace
- 3 Min @ Easy Pace
- 30 Min Summer Celebration Run – Jon (7/17/24) — Summer Bucket List
- 5 Min Cool Down Walk – Adrian (1/27/25)
- 17 Min Just Walk: Outdoor
- 10 Min Savasana – Kirra (6/26/24)
This was another go at the over/under intervals. They’re fun too but harder to execute than the speed intervals because the change in pace range is so subtle. Definitely something I need to practice outdoors!

Thursday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Denis (7/6/25)
- 10 Min Yoga Flow – Denis (4/15/25) — Personal Streak
- 30 Min Back & Triceps – Erik (4/4/23) | 3-Day intermediate Split — Summer Bucket List
I started my morning with meditation and yoga, and then continued with the 3-day split program, focusing on back and triceps today.
Friday
- 10 Min Grief Meditation – Ross (5/8/23)
- 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Anna (4/30/24)
- Extra 10: Walk – Jon (9/29/24)
Today was my best friend’s funeral. I was sad I couldn’t be there in person. I started my day with a grief meditation. The rest of the day felt kinda ‘heavy’, so I took an intentional rest day and only did some restorative yoga in the evening, and I took a short walk around the block with Jon.
Saturday
- 10 Min Kindness Meditation – Chelsea (7/07/25)
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Rebecca (7/17/24) — STRIDE
- Team Wilpers Summer Run Challenge 2025 – W2R3 – “Long” Run
- 45 Min 80’s Run – Jon (4/26/25) — STRIDE
- 5 Min @ Easy Pace (low end/30 sec slower)
- 15 Min @ Easy Pace (middle/15 sec slower)
- 15 Min @ Easy Pace (upper end)
- 5 Min @ Marathon Pace
- 45 Min 80’s Run – Jon (4/26/25) — STRIDE

- Extra 10: Endurance – Jon (11/17/24) — Extra 10/STRIDE
- 15 Min 80’s Run – Jon (3/25/25) — STRIDE
- 5 Min Cool Down Walk – Jon (9/4/23) — STRIDE
- 10 Min Full Body Stretch – Andy (4/22/21) — Summer Fun Self-Care/STRIDE
- 5 Min Garland Pose – Kristin (10/26/22) — Personal Streak
In the morning, I completed my 45-minute Team Wilpers ‘long’ run at an easy pace (which is always a challenge because running slow is surprisingly harder than running fast). I ran to the river and back, which was more than the prescribed 4.5 miles – but I wasn’t mad about it because it gave me the chance to add a couple more miles for the SUMMIIT Stride event in which I was participating again with my Streakers365 team.

Later in the evening, I added another 3.1 miles when Jon and I participated in the Davis Moo-nlight 5k Walk again. I finished with a total of 10+ miles for the STRIDE event this year.
- 62 min Just Walk: Outdoor (Davis Moo-nlight 5k)

Sunday
- 5 Min Acceptance Meditation – Ross (3/5/24)
- 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Sam (7/7/25)
- 20 Min Mood Ride: Sad – Jess K (7/28/21)
- 30 Min Chest & Biceps – Erik (4/4/23) | 3-Day intermediate Split — Summer Bucket List
- 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Chelsea (1/16/22)
- 10 Min Gratitude Meditation – Aditi (1/20/22)
I scheduled a “mood ride” this morning, and I invited Tanja and people from my Streakers365 group to join me in honoring my late best friend. My sister was able to join in Germany, and there were a few Streakers on the leaderboard with me. Others sent high-fives and sweet messages. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support really meant a lot to me.
Tanja also helped me finish the 3-day split program with a focus on chest and biceps afterward, and Lindsay and I joined for Serenity Sunday in the afternoon.
Current Challenges + Trackers:
I did well with the trackers this week. I was able to keep up and schedule the right classes to keep checking off things on the trackers. It just requires a little bit of planning ahead.
