2024 Weekly Run Down 14/52 – More Family Time!

Walking: 4.4 mi
Bootcamp: 60 min
Strength: 5 min
Cardio: 10 min
Yoga/Pilates/Barre: 105 min
Meditation: 20 min
Warm up/Stretching: 25 min

This week was low key for me in regards to workouts. I kept up my yoga streak and got some walks in. I spent more time this week with my family before traveling home on Friday. Now it’s all about getting back into my groove and a regular routine. Always hard to do after some time away, but in my experience, it’s also best to just jump back in and not think too hard about it. Your body will remember what it was capable of.

Monday

Tuesday

I got to walk with my mom (and her friend) today. Yay. 

Wednesday

Thursday

I walked over to my best friend’s house in the afternoon and hit my 200th walk in the process (I didn’t pay attention, or I would have picked a longer walk for this milestone, but oh well.) I also did another restorative yoga class before bed.

Friday

I traveled back to the US today and used time at the airport for meditation and a (modified) yoga class.

It was my first day back home and I put together a little stack to get a feel for my bike again. I picked Bradley’s 80s Rock Ride, which had a great playlist and was fun.

I decided to join Lindsay for some yoga and a 60 min Bootcamp this morning, oof. It’s hard to get back into the swing of things after 2.5 weeks away, but it’s easier to work out with a friend. I added a couple more shorter classes for the trackers and for instructor bingo.
