
I’ve been back to running some easy miles. With Global Running Day this week, I was really itching to run… just some easy miles at a feel-good pace. I also picked out a couple of (low key) programs from the Peloton platform – Pump Up The Volume 5 and Move for Life – to keep up with strength and walking.
Monday

I started my morning with a 15-minute walk around the neighborhood, and Jon’s 70s walk put me in an excellent mood. I am so happy it’s light out early enough to go for more outdoor walks/runs again. I also started the Pump Up the Volume 5 (PUTV5) 4-week strength program today for a little bit of structured strength training.
Tuesday

I decided to do a quick morning walk around the neighborhood before a little bodyweight strength training and yoga. I also went for a lunchtime walk with my co-worker.

I picked Susie’s Oasis Run for my Global Running Day activity today. The Streakers365 had a l community event going on and of course I joined in! I also joined #BCBabe Lindsay for a quick Pilates Express class.

Tanja and I met up for strength training this morning. I was glad she joined me for Pump Up the Volume 3 with Jess Sims. It was more sweaty than I expected (altough I should have known better with Jess!) and I know I am going to feel my quads tomorrow. I joined the Streakers365 for Serenity Sunday and finished my day with a quick after dinner walk.
