I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

This week was race week! I cannot believe my marathon was coming up on Sunday! I had a little bit of a cold going on early in the week and I was hoping it wouldn’t turn into something bigger. Luckily, I only had the sniffles for a few days and felt fine otherwise and symptoms were pretty much gone by Saturday, so my race was not impacted. I won’t spoil the race recap, but let’s just say I had a fantastic race day and can’t wait to tell you all about it!

Monday

  • 30 Min Holiday Slow Flow – CJR (12/10/20) — 12 Months of Peloton/Personal Streak
  • 15 Min Sleep Meditation – Kristin (3/15/24)

I got to take a Holiday Flow with Lindsay and Melissa today! It’s been a while!

Tuesday

  • 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Rebecca (7/17/24)
  • 45 Min Easy Run
    • 30 Min Holiday Run – Olivia (12/9/22) — 12 months of Peloton/ 5 days of 5ks
    • 15 Min 90s Run – Olivia (3/14/24)
  • 30 Min Strength for Runners – Rebecca (9/23/22) — Road to 26.2
  • 10 Min Savasana – Kristin (10/26/22)  — Personal Streak

It’s taper week and I only had a few shorter runs on my schedule this week. I decided to do a holiday run with Olivia and double-dip for two trackers.

Wednesday

  • 10 Min Morning Meditation – Kristin (3/7/24)
  • 30 Min Holiday Yoga Flow – Nico (12/14/23) — 12 Months of Peloton/Personal Streak

I had a little bit of a head cold (runny nose) going on for a few days and even though I felt mostly fine, I opted for a yoga day instead of a 30-minute run. I was hoping that would go away by the weekend.

Thursday

  • 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Kristin (3/21/23) — Personal Streak

Another day where I decided to rest instead of pushing another run.

Friday

  • 30 Min Holiday Run – Becs (12/21/21) — 12 Months of Peloton/12 days of 5ks
  • 10 Min Barre – Ally (7/17/24)
  • Flash 15 – Jess (7/15/24)
  • 20 Min 80s Ride – Denis (11/12/24)
  • 5 Min Savasana – Kristin (12/20/23) — Personal Streak

I did a 30-minute holiday run in the morning and then joined Sherry’s birthday stack! It was fun to work out with the #BCBabes again. Looking forward to doing this more often again soon.

Saturday

  • 30 Min Holiday Run – Kirsten (12/6/22) — 12 Months of Peloton/12 days of 5ks
  • 5 Min Savasana – Denis (10/8/21) — Personal Streak

I went to the Fleet Feet Shake Out Run in the morning and then went to the CIM Expo to pick up my race bib!

Sunday

  • 26.2 Miles — California International Marathon — 12 days of 5ks
  • 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Denis (8/15/21) — Personal Streak/Snowflake Self Care/Serenity Sunday

RACE DAY is here! I will share my marathon recap in a separate post. Stay tuned!
