2026 | Weekly Run Down 22/52 –  DOES HAMMOCKING COUNT as a Workout?

Ok, I am obviously kidding. But I’ll also be honest: buying a hammock is one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. Where has it been all my life?

I am not back to anything resembling a normal training schedule for me, and I actually think I’ll still be taking it easy for a little while longer (not because I feel like I have to but maybe because I actually want to! It can be nice to NOT have a rigid plan for a little while and maybe I should embrace it for the time being).
It’s not like I am not moving at all, but I am doing a lot less cardio and have swapped it for more walks. It’s actually nice to go for a little post-dinner walk through the neighborhood. Who knew?

Today is the last day of May, and tomorrow starts a new week, a new month, and I’ll start a new (smaller) set of trackers and a 4-week strength program.

Current Challenges + Trackers:

I was able to finish all my trackers for this month, although I did the minimum reuqired and missed one day of yoga. I am still pretty happy with the results. Sometimes, less is more and you can still accomplish something. Never forget that.
