2026 | Weekly Run Down 20/52 –  Sidelined

This week I got sidelined. The photo above was taken before it happened. I had a great run Tuesday morning before work and then I had a bit of a medical situation in the late afternoon when I was still at work: heart palpitations, dizzy spell, chest pressure. And while everything checked out ok (my heart is perfectly fine), it’s been a bit unsettling. (I can tell you more about my health journey in a different post.)

Not surprisingly, I’ve been feeling a little out of it for most of the week and haven’t been to work either and so working out also pretty much stopped. As I was feeling better towards the end of the week, I did restart a little bit of yoga and meditation and went for a couple of walks, but other than that, I am keeping things easy for now.

  1. I’m so sorry to hear about your health scare, San. It sounds like a pretty frightening experience. I hope that you are feeling better now, that you/your providers have a plan to figure out what happened, and that you catch a break from the universe, for the love of Pete. Take care of yourself. <3
