This week’s stats:
Running: 11.1 mi
Cycling: 10.4 mi
Walking: 20.44 mi
Strength: 15 min
Yoga/Pilates/Barre: 95 min
Warm up/Stretching: 45 min
Meditation: 80 min
I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

This week was a mixed bag for a few reasons when it comes to workouts, but I am trying hard to just go with the flow. I was furloughed on Wednesday, but my parents are here (yay!) and I am just trying to focus on that. They came at the right time!
My workout schedule was a bit thrown off, but I tried to fit in what I could. I am continuing the Team Wilpers Fall Challenge, but I missed my long run today, which I will be adding to next week’s schedule. I also promised myself to give myself grace and just do what I can right now and focus on the time with my parents.
Monday
- 15 Min Meditation for Anxiety- Kirra (9/16/25)
- 15 Min Bodyweight Strength – Katie (7/17/25)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Healthy Back – Chelsea (7/15/25) — Personal Streak
- 15 Min The Weeknd Full Body Stretch – Jess S (8/26/20) — Survival Kit
Mondays are for a bit of strength training, yoga, and stretching.
Tuesday

- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Anna (6/2/25)
- 10 Min Morning Yoga Flow – Chelsea (8/27/23)
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – JJ (9/24/25)
- Team Wilpers Fall Run Challenge W2R1 | V02 Max Quarters
- 10 Min Warm Up Run – Joslyn (9/8/25)
- 30 Min Outdoor Run Club – Joslyn (9/20/25)
- 5 Min Post-Run Stretch – Rebecca (2/19/25)
I started my morning with meditation and yoga. And the Fall Run Challenge asked for V02 Max intervals again. Horray. Who am I to complain? I also hit my 900th run on the Peloton platform.

Wednesday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Chelsea (9/18/25)
- 20 Min Creating Space Yoga – Kirra (5/28/24) — Personal Streak/Spooktakular Self Care
I only opted for some meditation and yoga in the morning before spending the day with my parents.
Thursday
- 10 Min Gratitude Meditation – Ross (11/21/23)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Hips – Denis (12/19/23) — Personal Streak
- 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Bradley (9/22/25)
- 30 Min Power Zone Endurance Ride – Denis ( 8/21/25) — Costume Party
- 10 Min Lower Body Stretch – Selena (9/23/25) — Spooktakular Self Care
- 70 Min Outdoor Walking
I was going to run in the morning but it was raining when I got up, so I switched to the bike. I picked a 30-minute Power Zone Endurance Ride. I also picked a stretch class from the self-care tracker.
Friday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Kirra (10/2/25)
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Matt (5/14/25)
- Team Wilpers Fall Run Challenge – W2R2 | Threshold Intervals
- 5 Min Warm Up Run – Matt (5/14/25)
- 30 Min Intervals Run – Matt (1/22/25)
- 10 Min Savasana – Anna (1/31/24) — Personal Streak

It didn’t rain in the morning, and I got out to do some threshold intervals. Almost as fun as the V02 Max intervals, but just almost!
Saturday
- 15 Min Unity Meditation – Nico (9/30/25)
- 15 Min Morning Yoga Flow – Nico (9/4/25) — Personal Streak/Costume Party
I picked a Unity Meditation with Nico in the morning – Friday, October 3, was German Unity Day (and my mom’s birthday!), so we had a lot to celebrate. I also really enjoyed the morning yoga flow.
Sunday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Anna (2/4/25)
- 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Denis (5/19/21) — Personal Streak
Again, I was busy hanging out with my parents and just did a little bit of meditation and yoga today. I was supposed to do a long run for the Team Wilpers Fall Run Challenge, but this will have to wait another day.
Current Challenges + Trackers:
It’s a new month, and in October, we’re having some fun with Halloween-themed trackers. I love it. I am not a big fan of Halloween, but I do like the creative themes our admins come up with for each month!

Nice job getting in a variety of workouts even with all that’s going on. Sending hugs!

October 11, 2025 at 4:39 amAt least your parents are with you and you can spend more time with them instead of working. Let’s postpone another bout of worry for later.

October 18, 2025 at 7:40 amI hope you have had the most wonderful time with your parents, and that you have completely ignored (or, ignored as much as possible) the job…crap. We’ll leave it at crap and keep it PG-13. :) Thinking of you, San.
