Warm up/Stretching: 45 min

I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

This weekend was the SUMMIIT Stages Challenge. It’s similar to the Pelofondo but this time participants could complete a triathlon – cycling, running, and rowing – if they chose. I decided to stick with cycling and running. I do have access to a rower at our community gym, but I tend to overcommit as it is and didn’t want to add more pressure by pledging even more miles. I was planning to ride and run this weekend, so that worked out fine. Of course, I collected miles again with my Streakers365 team and participated in their prize challenge. It’s always an extra motivation.
Monday
- 10 Min Meditation for Anxiety – Anna (7/22/4)

- 10 Min Focus Flow: Floor Poses – Kirra (7/15/25) — Personal Streak
- 30 Min Disney Walk – Jon (5/7/22) — Streakers Go Back To School
Today was my “active rest day” and I chose a strength class for runners (love those!), a nice lower body stretch and a focus yoga flow. I also walked with #BCBabe Sherry on my lunch break, and if you haven’t taken Jon’s Disney Walk, you’re missing out. He’s a vibe.
Tuesday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Denis (9/14/25)
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Matt (8/14/24) — Streakers Go Back To School
- 55 Min Run + Strides

- 5 Min Cool Down Run – Hannah F (7/14/25)
- 10 Min Fit Family Flow: Kids – Kristin (7/11/22) — Personal Streak/Survival Kit
Me to myself in my head this morning: San, just get the f*** outside and enjoy the morning run as long as it’s light enough to run outdoors. You’ll regret it if you don’t, when you have to fall back on the treadmill for early morning runs. So I did.

Wednesday

- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Denis (9/14/25)
- 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Sam (5/6/21)
- 20 Min Reggaeton Ride – Denis (10/13/22) — Streakers Go Back To School
- 10 Min Cool Down Ride – Bradley (4/4/24) — Survival Kit
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Shouders – Kirra (7/29/25) — Personal Streak
- 11 Min Build Up to Push Ups: Week 4, Day 1 – Joslyn
- 20 Min 90s Walk – Olivia (4/15/25) — 20k minutes
Today was my ”cycling day“ and I chose a Reggaeton Ride with Denis, because I needed it for one of the trackers. I cooled down with Bradley, and he was advocating for everyone having an emotional support Chinchilla, and it’s the best thing I’ve heard all week. Even though the class is from 2024, it seems wildly appropriate right now to advocate for an emotional support animal. Just sayin’.
I completed another workout for the Push Ups Program and (virtually) met up with my friend Sherry for a lunchtime walk.
Thursday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Denis (9/14/25)
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Matt (5/14/25)
- 45 Min Easy Run
- 45 Min Outdoor Run Club – Alex K (5/17/25)

I took a rest day before the SUMMIIT Stages weekend.

- 5 Min Dance Cardio Brain Break – Callie (9/16/25) — Streakers Go Back To School/200th Cardio
- SUMMIIT Stages – Day 1
- 30 Min Power Zone Endurance 90s Ride – Matt (4/22/21)
- 30 Min Green Day Ride – Bradley (2/15/24)
- 30 Min Grunge Ride – Sam (6/18/24)
- 30 Min 90s Rock Ride – Denis (7/15/25)
- Extra 10: Low Impact Ride – CDE (12/1/24)
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Bradley (9/18/25)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: For Riders – (2/25/25) — Personal Streak
Today was day 1 of the SUMMIIT Stages Challenge. I had pledged 50 miles on the bike and a 6.2 mile run for the challenge. I did a little warm up with Callie’s Cardio Break (and didn’t realize until after that it was my #200 cardio milestone, ha!). I then tried to get a large chunk of my cycling miles out of the way, because I had a commitment in the morning and it was already too hot outside for a run by midday. I completed 38 miles of my pledged goal.
Sunday
- 10 Min Meditation – Denis (9/14/25)
- SUMMIIT Stages – Day 2
- 10 Min Linkin Park Warm Up Ride – Bradley (12/14/22)
- 30 Min 80s Ride – Bradley (9/2/25)
- 30 Min Linkin Park Run – JJ (12/14/22)
- 30 Min 90s Rock Run – Jon (8/5/23)
- 5 Min Post-Run Stretch – Jon (5/21/25)
- 20 Min Restorative – Denis (9/9/25) — Serenity Sunday
- 10 Min Relaxation Meditation – Aditi (7/6/25) — Serenity Sunday
Today was day 2 of the SUMMIIT Stages Challenge and I had 12 miles of cycling and my pledged 10k run left to do. I jumped on the bike first in the morning and then left for my 10K run afterward. For half of the mileage, I chose JJ’s Linkin Park run. It’s a run I’ve taken multiple times and I highly recommend you take it sometime! Such a good playlist. In the evening, I joined the Streakers365 for Serenity Sunday.

September 22, 2025 at 6:07 amThat was a big weekend, but it sounds really fun! Nice job as always on those trackers- and I like how much stretch, yoga, and meditation you incorporate into each week.
Yes, enjoy those outdoor runs! My weekday runs are usually in the dark these days, but that’s preferable since it’s still so hot here. Running will be much more comfortable in a couple months.

September 22, 2025 at 10:35 amYou knocked out a LOT! Way to go!
I am all down for the outdoor runs. Treadmills just don’t hit the same way!

September 22, 2025 at 6:44 pmNice week of fitness, especially the weekend! I totally can relate to getting outside as much as possible before the daylight decreases even more. Even after especially active days, I try to sneak in an early evening walk just to take advantage of the daylight (or least the warmer weather).
