Another week of just keeping it up somehow… I don’t have a lot of “normal” weeks right now when it comes to working out, but I try to fit in the workouts where I can. We were still in SoCal at the beginning of the week and then drove back up north on Wednesday.

Monday

  • 10 min Morning Meditation – Chelsea (5/15/25)
  • 20 Min 90s Run – Jess S (9/10/24) — Field of Love

  • 10 Min Cool Down Walk – Jon (6/8/23)
  • 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Kristin (7/27/23) — Personal Streak

It was a beautiful sunny morning and I got myself out the door for a nice 5k.

Tuesday

  • 10 Min Morning Meditation – Aditi (5/13/25)
  • 10 Min Focus Flow: Hips – Kristin (8/23/21) — May You Bloom/Personal Streak

  • 15 Min Restorative Yoga – Ross (4/11/22) — Personal Streak
  • 20 Min Sleep Meditation – Ross (4/11/22)

Jon and I drove back to Sacramento today, so I just did a quick meditation before we hit the road.

Thursday

  • 10 Min Morning Meditation – Aditi (5/20/25)
  • 10 Min Morning Yoga Flow – Chelsea (9/27/23) — Personal Streak

  • 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Emma (1/28/25) — May You Bloom

I was short on time in the morning but I managed some yoga and a quick cycling class.

  • 10 Min Focus Flow: Hips – Chelsea (10/22/24) — Personal Streak
  • 17 Min Just Ride: Outdoor
  • Min Just Ride: Outdoor
  • 15 Min Sleep Meditation – Kristin (5/23/23)

I met up with Tanja for a Hip Hop Ride with Denis in the morning and she also joined me for the Hips focus flow yoga class afterwards.

Saturday

  • 10 Min Happiness Meditation – Chelsea (3/11/25)
  •  5 Min Warm Up Ride – Bradley (12/16/24)
  • 30 Min Bootcamp: 50/50 – Jess S (10/24/24) — Field of Love
  • 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Kristin (7/27/23) — Personal Streak

I opted for a Bike Bootcamp class today. I hadn’t done a BootCamp class in ages. It was fun. I like the 50/50 class where you do the ride portion first and the strength portion last (no going back and forth from the bike to the floor and back to the bike).

Sunday

  • 10 Min Acceptance Meditation – Kristin (9/12/23)
  • 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Emma (5/19/25)
  • 30 Min Power Zone Ride – Matt (1/1/20)
  • 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Matt (3/4/25)
  • 15 Min Upper Body Strength – Andy (5/19/25) — Field of Love
  • 5 Min Upper Body Stretch – Adrian (5/13/25)
  • 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Anna (4/20/21) — Serenity Sunday/Personal Streak
  • 10 Min Breathing Meditation – Denis (10/22/21) — Serenity Sunday

I got to spin with Tanja today. She’s participating in the new Power Zone Challenge (which I will sadly have to sit out), but I joined her for a Power Zone Ride this morning. I also finished the Field of Love tracker with Andy’s Upper Body Strength class and later joined the Streakers for yoga and meditation for Serenity Sunday.

Current Challenges + Trackers:

I finished the Field of Love tracker today and I am on track (<– pun intended) to finish the wellness tracker and yoga tracker as well. I love that the trackers keep me accountable and make sure I get a variety of workouts done. I am looking forward to seeing what our Streakers365 admins come up with for June!

Streaker365 Field of Love (May)
Streaker365 May You Bloom: A Floral Journey to Wellness
Streaker365 May Personal Streak (Daily Yoga)
Streaker365 Serenity Sunday (restorative yoga + meditation)

Tell me about your week!

  1. So glad to hear that you are home and (hopefully) getting back to your routine. I say it every week, it seems – your ability to adapt and adjust is amazing. (And that was a rather alliterative statement…:>) Glad you were able to keep up with your workouts AND your trackers, too. Here’s to a more typical week, I hope. Hugs.

  2. I am beyond inspired by your perserverence and for keeping up such faithful exercise routines. I know they’re not nearly as predictable as you would like.
I so wish I could make everything feel “normal” and routine again but I will promise that there WILL be a time after this, my friend. Sending virtual hugs <3

  3. You are doing such a great job with all your self care! The fitness is ongoing, and it looks like you’re still able to maintain your endurance despite all the non-fitness busyness. Keep on keeping on <3

  4. You might not be in a “normal” week but you are doing a fab job keeping up with your movement and challenges. Have a great week ahead!

  5. Exercise is so important when you are in stressful situations. At least you have a really strong routine already, so your tendency is to GET IT DONE. I’m glad you have that respite from work and family stuff.

  6. Nice job- you’re definitely keeping up with a variety of fitness during this crazy time. Hopefully this week will be a little more settled for you- but no matter what you have your trackers to keep you on track!

  7. Great job on fitting workouts in despite having “no normal weeks” these days. Last week was a good week for me. I did a short run in Arlington, VA on Tuesday morning, a lower body ST workout in my hotel room on Wed, ran Saturday, and did a upper body ST workout on Sunday.

  8. When I find myself short on time, the stationary bike is the perfect workout. My week last week – well, it’s sort of a blur. Rae graduated 8th grade, so that was kind of busy. It rained a ton and I slept in a few times, so I missed a whole week of running. I did other workouts and made up for it.

  9. You’re doing amazing! I’m sure the exercise and meditation help with everything else that’s going on. Thank you for the postcard! It brightened my day!

  10. It is so amazing how much work out time you manage when you are busy. The time invest you do on low days is about what is my good days.

Hope things settle down a bit for you.
