I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

I participated in the SUMMIIT Climb event this week (you virtually climb a mountain on the Peloton bike – I picked Haleakala, which is 10,000 of vertical elevation) and it’s been great to have something to focus on. It felt like a regular week of workouts for me and I haven’t had that in a while. I managed to snag two PRs (personal records) at the end of the week and reached 4k minutes on the Peloton Platform for the year.
Monday
- 10 Min Seasonal Meditation – Kristin (12/19/23)
- 5 Min Get To Know Me Warm Up Ride – Erik (2/9/25)
- 15 Min Low Impact Ride – Bradley (12/13/24) — SUMMIIT Climb
- Extra 10: Climb Ride – Sam (9/15/24) — SUMMIIT Climb
- Extra 10: Low Impact Ride – Matt (8/11/24) — SUMMIIT Climb
- Extra 10: Climb Ride – Erik (2/5/24) — SUMMIIT Climb
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – CDE (2/6/25)
- 10 Min Restorative Yoga – Kristin (3/19/24) — Personal Streak
I planned out beforehand how much time I would have to set aside every day to reach the top of Haleakala by Saturday and figured that approximately. 50 minutes of climbing before work during the week would get me there. So I planned my week accordingly.
Tuesday
- 10 Min Gratitude Meditation – Anna (1/2/24)
- 10 Min Climb Ride – Denis (9/13/22) — SUMMIIT Climb
- 30 Min Climb Ride – Tunde (2/13/25) — SUMMIIT Climb

- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Sam (1/14/25)
- 10 Min Savasana – Anna (1/31/24) — Personal Streak
I saw a Peloton friend on the LB and joined Tunde’s climb ride. 30 minutes of climbing is definitely a commitment.

I finished the SUMMIIT Climb today. The app suggested that I had about 45 minutes left, but I pushed hard, was able to maintain a higher output, and only needed 30 minutes to reach the top! I definitely felt myself getting stronger again over the course of the week and think that my FTP is still realistic.

Sunday
- 10 Daily Mediation – Aditi (1/12/25)
- 15 Min Full Body Mobility – Irène (8/6/24) — Mobility in March
- 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Kristin (7/27/23) — Serenity Sunday
- 10 Min Body Scan Meditation – Ross (12/21/22) — Serenity Sunday
Rest Day! After a long week of climbing, I opted for mobility work and yoga + meditation for Serenity Sunday.
Current Challenges + Trackers:
I also started new, fun trackers for March. I’ll be focusing on self-care and mobility and keep up with my daily yoga streak. The Bounce into Spring tracker is just for fun, seeing how many classes I’ll take with female vs male instructors and how they rank against each other.

Streaker365 Bounce into Spring
Streaker365 Mobility in March
Streaker365 Time-Out for Self Care
Streaker365 March Personal Streak (Daily Yoga)
Streaker365 Serenity Sunday (restorative yoga + meditation)
Have you participated in a virtual climb event?

March 10, 2025 at 8:20 amHow cool that you climbed Haleakala! That must feel so rewarding.
When I saw that Stephany was going to do a stair climb fundraiser for lung cancer, I looked for an event in Minneapolis but it was the morning I was searching for an event (3/1), so had already come and gone. I’m going to keep this in mind and try to do it next year!
