This week’s stats:
Cycling: 16.2 mi
Strength: 10 min
Yoga/Pilates/Barre: 150 min
Warm up/Stretching: 65 min
Meditation: 180 min
I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

The above picture was taken tonight, literally minutes before I hit ‘publish’ on this post, after a 20 min low impact ride with Ally Love (<– don’t we all need some right now?) and the attempt to end this absolutely bat-shit crazy week with a smile because a) I am finally back home (after staying with my mother-in-law for 10 days) and b) I am reunited with my Peloton. That’s pretty much all there is to smile about right now. In case I haven’t said this lately: this bike will keep me sane.
Monday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Ross (1/20/24)
- 20 Min Morning Yoga Flow – Kristin (4/17/23) — Personal Streak
- 10 Min Lower Body Stretch – Logan (10/29/24) — Creating Space for Self-Care
- 20 Min Sleep Meditation – Anna (9/8/24)
I started my morning with mediation, a yoga flow, and some stretching and ended my evening with a sleep meditation.
Tuesday
- 15 Min Gratitude Mediation – Ross (10/18/23)
- 20 Min Mobility for Skiers – Matt and Andy (12/13/24) — Creating Space for Self-Care
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Hips – Denis (1/21/25) — Personal Streak
- 20 Min Sleep Meditation – Kristin (1/12/20)
I started my day again with meditation and then did a mobility class for skiers with Matt and Andy today for the self-care tracker. It was so good. Even if you’re not a skier, you should consider to take the class sometime. In fact, all mobility classes I’ve taken so far are very good for everyone.
Wednesday
- 15 Min Calming Meditation – Ross (3/29/22)
- 20 Min Backstreet Boys Yoga Flow – Anna (12/12/24) — Personal Streak
- 10 Min Bodyweight Strength – JJ (9/5/23) — Creating Space for Self-Care
- 15 Min Sleep Mediation – Chelsea (12/8/24)
I picked Anna’s Backstreet Boy Yoga Flow and it didn’t disappoint. Some good old boy band pop at 7 am? Yes please.
Thursday
- 15 Min Morning Meditation – Ross (6/24/23)
- 30 Min Morning Yoga Flow – Denis (10/25/24) — Personal Streak
- 10 Min Full Body Stretch – Kirra (12/1/24) — Creating Space for Self-Care
More morning meditation, yoga and stretching.
Friday
- 20 Min Relaxing Mediation – Kristin (3/15/22)
- 30 Min Restorative Yoga – Nico (6/11/24) — Personal Streak
We traveled back home on Friday. I used the flight for a relaxing meditation and did some restorative yoga before bed.
Saturday
- 20 Min Focus Flow: Core – Aditi (1/28/25)
- 10 Min Warm Up Ride – Sam (11/11/24)
- 30 Min 80s Ride – Denis (1/31/25)
- 5 Min Cool Down Ride – Denis (11/14/24)
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Denis (10/24/24)
- 10 Min Sleep Meditation – Kristin (5/16/24)
I finally got to work out with Tanja again. She picked out a yoga flow for us and then I hopped on the bike for an 80s ride with Denis. My first ride in almost 2 weeks! Oh, and I celebrated my 1500 day streak!

Sunday
- 10 Min Meditation for Healing – Kristin (3/1/22)
- 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Chelsea (3/11/23) — Serenity Sunday
- 10 Min Relaxing Meditation – Kristin (5/8/21) — Serenity Sunday
- 20 Min Low Impact Ride – Ally (1/16/25) — Saved with Love
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Ben (12/17/24) — Hearts & Harmony
- 20 Min Sleep Meditation – Anna (9/8/24)
I originally had planned to run today but it was raining in the morning, I facetimed with my family and then time got away from me. But I joined for yoga and meditation for Serenity Sunday and I ended the day with a 20-min low impact ride after dinner.
Current Challenges + Trackers:
I finished two January trackers – yoga and self care – and started four new trackers for February. I hope there won’t be any more unforeseen travel and I can get back into a regular workout routine.

February 3, 2025 at 6:14 amCongrats on your streak! I hope all is well with your MIL.
I haven’t been meditating but I’m sure I should be. But at least we have the bike/running to keep us sane!

February 3, 2025 at 12:08 pmI don’t do mediation. I read when I get in bed and that is my form of winding down. I hope your MIL is well. I wonder if this was an unexpected visit, because she has a health issue. Hopefully that’s not he case.

Great week for you!

February 3, 2025 at 6:54 pmNice job on that 1500 streak! I have been doing the relaxation and sleep meditations on occasion. They must work because I usually doze off before they finish, LOL.

February 3, 2025 at 8:43 pmHang in there, I am glad you are back with your Pelaton, we all need as much sanity and we can muster right now. For me it’s my morning yoga (which I see you’re doing a lot of too, yay!)
I hope your MIL is ok.

February 3, 2025 at 9:04 pmCongrats on the 1500 day streak! That’s huge. I have never done any meditation! I think it would be challenging for me to sit still for so long :) I’m glad it is helping you.
