The title has nothing to do with my workouts, other than Peloton put together a few “Super Burn” classes for Super Bowl Sunday. I took two of them, a meditation and a strength class with multiple instructors, and they were fun. I had a solid week otherwise. Good runs, good power zone rides, and the pleasure of completing a few workouts with friends. I also hit 3,000 minutes on the Peloton platform for 2026.
Monday

- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Denis (2/1/26)
- 10 Min Core Strength – Zacharias (1/31/26) — Focus Tracker
- 5 Min Warm Up Walk – Mayla (12/2/25)
- Team Wilpers Half Marathon Training W5R1 | Endurance Run + Strides
- 45 Min Endurance Run – Mariana (12/16/25) — My Favs
- 5 Min Cool Down Walk – Kirsten (11/3/25)
- 5 Min Post-Run Stretch – Mayla (10/29/25)
- 30 Min 80s Walk – Rebecca (12/2/25)
- 10 Min Savasana – Kristin (10/26/22) — The Streak
I started my morning with meditation and a quick 10-minute core burner. Zacharias’ class was good! I then hopped on the tread for an Endurance Run with Mariana, and the playlist was so good (Pearl Jam, Incubus, Radiohead, and Smashing Pumpkins, what’s not to love?).
I also met up with my #BCBabes friends Sherry and Kristin for an 80s Walk during my lunch break.

Tuesday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Anna (1/4/26)
- 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Matt (8/19/24)
- 30 Min Power Zone Hip Hop Ride – Matt (3/9/21) — PZ-W5R1/My Favs
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Matt (3/4/25)
- 20 Min Strength for Runners – Matt (9/25/24)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: for Hips – Kirra (4/29/25) — The Streak
My Peloton friend Jaime didn’t join me for the PZ Ride today, so I had to muster all my own motivation to get on the bike and get those Zone 4 intervals done at the crack of dawn. I really didn’t want to, almost postponed the class, but then realized that I had no day to postpone it to (without doubling up workouts again), so I had to get it out of the way. In retrospect, it wasn’t as bad as I thought, either. All a matter of discipline, right?

Wednesday
- 10 Min Community Meditation – Mariana (10/5/25)
- 5 Min Warm Up Walk – Jon (5/1/24)
- Team Wilpers Half Marathon Training W5R2 | HM Pace Intervals
- 45 Min Rock Run – Mariana (12/2/25) – My Favs
- 5 Min Cool Down Walk – Mariana (3/31/25)
- 5 Min Post-Run Stretch – Mariana (10/30/24)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: for Runners – Kristin (6/7/23) — The Streak
- 30 Min Walk & Talk – Matty (1/29/26)
I had a half marathon pace intervals run on the schedule today. Mariana’s Rock Run Playlist did not disappoint. I also got to (virtually) walk with 4 out of 5 #BCBabes today during my lunch break. Yay.

Thursday
- 10 Min Calming Meditation – Anna (2/3/26)
- 5 Min Warm Up Walk – Jess K (12/9/24)
- Team Wilpers Half Marathon Training W5R3 | Endurance Run
- 45 Min 90s Run – Mariana (10/23/25) — My Favs
- 5 Min Cool Down Walk – Alex T (5/19/25)
- 5 Min Post-Run Stretch – Andy (8/6/25) — For the Love of SelfCare
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Core – Kristin (2/9/23) — The Streak/Focus Tracker
I had a 45-minute endurance run on deck today and enjoyed Marianas playlist so much. Her 90s music is my 90s music!

Friday
- 10 Morning Meditation – Chelsea (1/29/26)
- 5 Warm Up Ride – Ally (1/26/26)
- 30 Min Power Zone Endurance Ride – Ben (9/14/25) — PZ-W5R2/My Favs
- 20 Min Reconnect Ride: PSL – Hannah F (2/1/26)
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – Hannah F (1/13/26)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: For Riders – Denis (8/26/25) — The Streak
I tackled a 30-minute Power Zone Endurance ride with Tanja, and then we hopped on the Reconnect Ride with Hannah F. She taught the equivalent class at the London Studios that Denis led in New York last week. Most of the London-based instructors were present, plus Ally Love and Robin Arzon from PSNY. It was so fun to see all the instructors in the room on the bikes together. I ended my workout stack with a focus flow for riders, which included some great stretches.

Saturday
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Jon (1/8/25)
- Team Wilpers Half Marathon Training W5R4 | Long Run (8mi)
- 60 min Endurance Run – Matt (9/28/23) — PZ-W4AR/My Favs
- 20 Min 80s Run – Matt (12/16/25)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: For Riders – Denis (8/26/25) — The Streak
I ran errands in the morning and then did my weekly long run in the afternoon – 8 miles today. It was beautiful weather, sunny and in the high 60s, and it was a good, solid run.

Sunday

- 10 Min Super Burn Meditation – Chelsea (2/7/26)
- 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Alex T (12/22/25)
- 45 Min Pro Cyclist: Race Simulation – Christian (7/14/24) — PZ-W4R3
- 45 The Tailgate: Full Body Strength – Multiple Instructors (2/8/26)
- 10 Min Core Strength – Katie (1/30/26) — Focus Tracker
- 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Anna () — The Streak
- 10 Min Happiness Meditation – Aditi ()
I met up with Tanja (#willspin4it) this morning for a Race Simulation Ride (as part of the Power Zone Challenge). Look at that graph! I already knew beforehand that we were in for a wild ride! It was challenging, but also a lot of fun, and as always, I was drenched afterwards.

I also took a couple of classes from the “Super Burn” Collection, kicking off SuperBowl Sunday the right way. I enjoyed Chelsea’s Super Burn Meditation, and then tackled The Tailgate strength class with multiple instructors with #BCBabe1 Lindsay. It was fun and entertaining (and also, I’ll probably be sore tomorrow). I love that Peloton comes up with these event-specific classes, though, and I think they’ve realized that members like the classes with multiple instructors in the room.
