
This was a good week. I’ve been enjoying the focus on a little more strength training this week, but I also got a couple of runs in. I am also really enjoying my evening walks. I feel good about this schedule right now.

I started my morning with a short Pilates class and then jumped on Week 2, Day 2 of the PUTV5 program, and really enjoyed the upper body strength with JJ.
Friday

I went for another run in the morning and did a quick core strength class before heading to work. I forgot about yoga and just opted for a 15-minute restorative class before bed.

Tanja and I met up in the morning to complete the third class of the Pump Up The Volume 5 program, and then added a Pilates class after. I wanted to get in another strength class from the Move for Life program and was so thrilled when Michelle‘s name popped up on the leaderboard!
