
This is a quick and very boring Weekly Run Down just for completeness’ sake. On Monday, we returned from our trip to the Dolomites, and I spent the rest of this week back home at my parents’ house. I only did the same 5-minute standing yoga class every morning after getting up (to keep up my yoga streak and earn my daily “blue dot” for Peloton). I otherwise completely took time off from exercising and just enjoyed time with my family (and we also had a belated birthday party to organize).
