I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

It was another travel week for me. This time, I was leaving for my long-anticipated trip to Germany to see my family and attend my cousin’s wedding. I had a couple of days to wrap up at work, and then I was off on Thursday! I planned a hodgepodge of workouts for this week, prioritizing classes that I needed to finish for the Streakers365 May trackers (see below). I also sprinkled in a couple of rides before I was going to be away from my Peloton bike for a while.

Monday

  • 10 Min Happiness Meditation – Kristin (6/20/23)
  • 20 Min Full Body Stretch – Rebecca (4/13/21) — May You Bloom
  • 45 Min Intervals Run – Matt (1/7/25)
  • 5 Min Post-Run Stretch – Jon (5/21/25)
  • 10 Min Savasana – Kristin (10/26/22) — Personal Streak

Today was Memorial Day, and I had the day off. I started my morning with meditation and a full-body stretch, and then I headed out for a 5-mile run.

Tuesday

  • 10 Min Empathy Mediation – Ross (3/17/24)
  • 20 Min Focus Flow: For Riders – Kristin (2/7/24) — Personal Streak
  • 15 Min Tabata Ride – Bradley (3/14/25)
  • 5 Min Cool Down Ride – Bradley (6/29/23)
  • 21 Min Just Walk: Outdoor
  • 30 Min Sleep Meditation – Ross (1/31/24)

I really enjoyed Kristin’s Focus Flow this morning, and I hadn’t done a Tabata Ride in a while. Part of me had forgotten how fun they are.

Wednesday

  • 10 Morning Meditation – Ross (2/17/24)
  • 15 Min Morning Yoga – Chelsea (9/5/24) — Personal Streak
  • 15 Min Bodyweight Strength – Andy (1/30/25)
  • 15 Min Low Impact Ride – Bradley (11/19/24)
  • 15 Min Sleep Meditation – Kristin (3/16/24)

I opted for some yoga (for mobility), a little bit of strength training, and a low-impact ride this morning.

Thursday

  • 10 Min Morning Meditation – Anna (8/27/24)
  • 10 Min Foam Rolling: Full Body – Hannah F (9/5/23) — May You Bloom
  • 20 Min Relaxing Meditation – Kristin (3/15/22)
  • 30 Min Just Walk: Outdoor
  • 10 Min Chair Yoga – Kristin (1/6/22) — Personal Streak

Today was travel day! I started my morning with meditation and some foam rolling before heading out. I have Kristin’s Relaxing Meditation pre-loaded on the Peloton app and often use it during flights (although you have to remember to start the class – but you can pause it! – BEFORE you lose cellular/wifi connection!). The walk and chair yoga were accomplished at the airport.

Friday

  • 20 Min Relaxing Meditation – Kristin (3/15/22)
  • 10 Min Savasana – Denis (5/20/22) — Personal Streak
  • 20 Min Sleep Meditation – Ross (2/22/23)

I meditated again on the plane before arriving in Germany. I was tired and headed to bed early that night, and I took advantage of some savasana and a sleep meditation.

Saturday

  • 10 Min Morning Meditation – Chelsea (5/29/25)
  • 5 Min Savasana – Denis (10/25/23) — Personal Streak/ All Star Dudes
  • 30 Min Sleep Meditation – Ross (11/29/23)

I love waking up at my parents’ house, and I took it easy today, easing myself into the new time zone with some morning and evening meditation.

Sunday

  • 10 Min Morning Meditation – Aditi (2/27/25)
  • 130 Min Just Walk: Outdoor
  • 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Anna (7/15/23) — Personal Streak

I went for a long walk with my mom (and her friend) through my hometown today. The picture (above) was taken on our walk. I also opted for some restorative yoga before bedtime.

  1. i am so amazed how you fit in workouts while being busy and traveling. I have fallen (almost) off the wagon the last couple of weeks. Sigh
