I am linking up again for the Weekly Run Down with Kim and Deborah.

This week was Week 2 of the Saturday Night Zones Power Zone Challenge. There were some fun interval rides in higher zones!
I also got to ride with Rachel again for her century ride early in the week and met up for a few workouts with some of the #BCBabes. Tanja’s and my schedule unfortunately didn’t overlap this week (damn time difference!) but even if we didn’t get to workout at the same time, we did the same workouts and held each other accountable.
Monday
- 10 Min Calming Meditation – Kristin (12/5/23)
- 10 Min Morning Yoga Flow – Chelsea (10/17/24) — Personal Streak
- Extra 10: Lower Legs – Rad (1/9/25) — Bounce into Spring
- 30 Min Intervals & Arms Ride – Hannah (3/24/25) — W2AR
- 5 Min Cool Down Ride – CDE (3/18/25)
- 5 Min Post-Ride Stretch – CDE (2/6/25)
I started out with a morning yoga flow, a quick leg workout, and then joined Rachel for her Century Ride (YAY RACHEL! Congratulations!). It was a fun and entertaining workout.
Tuesday
- 10 Min Daily Meditation – Chelsea (3/16/25)
- 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Erik (10/16/24)
- 30 Min Power Zone Rock Ride – Ben (1/11/22) — W2R1
- 5 Min Cool Down Ride – Ben (6/8/23)
- 15 Min Focus Flow: Quads – Denis (9/3/24) — Personal Streak
- 30 Min Outdoor: Just Walk
- 15 Min Sleep Meditation – Ross (8/17/21)
I tackled a Power Zone Ride this morning with short intervals in Zones 3, 4, and 5. I was looking forward to it. I felt not quite awake during the warm-up ride but once I started the actual workout, all was fine.
Tanja was doing the same ride, just a little later in the day and I was able to hop on the Peloton App and give her some “drive-by” high fives!

Wednesday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Nico (4/1/24)
- 20 Min Morning Mobility – Matty (2/12/25) — Mobility in March
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Shoulders – Kirra (3/18/25) — Personal Streak
- 15 Min Low Impact Ride – Bradley (2/4/25)
- 5 Min Cool Down Ride – Bradley (6/29/23)
- 30 Min Sleep Meditation – Ross (5/31/23)
Mobility work won’t make you very sweaty, but it’s super-important and I’ve been doing more mobility classes lately. Matty’s morning mobility is so good. I had bookmarked it for repeat use because it’s a great start to your morning! I also picked a short low-impact ride with Bradley, because he’s always entertaining.
Thursday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Aditi (3/25/25)
- 10 Min Arms & Light Weights – Tunde (9/11/24)
- 5 Min Get To Know Me Warm Up Ride – Jenn (2/9/25)
- 30 Min Power Zone Endurance Ride – CDE (12/9/24) — W2R2
- 5 Min Cool Down Ride – Denis (1/16/25)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Hips – Anna (3/25/25)
I joined Lindsay for a 10-minute arms & light weights workout with Tunde and holy mo, my shoulders were burning! I also completed a week 2, ride 2 which was a Power Zone Endurance Ride. Instead of a post-ride stretch, I did a focus flow for hips which was really good.

Friday
- 10 Min Gratitude Meditation – Kirra (3/25/25)
- 20 Arms & Shoulders Strength – Rebecca (11/4/24)
- 5 Min Warm Up Ride – Matt (12/2/24)
- 45 Min Power Zone Ride – Matt (6/17/23) — W2R3
- 10 Min Cool Down Ride – Matt (10/11/23)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: Hips – Mariana (3/18/25)
- 20 Min Sleep Meditation – Anna (1/18/22)
In the morning, I got to workout with two #BCBabes1, Lindsay and Melissa, and we did an arms & shoulders workout. It was really good and I definitely have to up my strength game again. I then decided to finish the last Power Zone Ride for week 2. Whee! This ride was so much fun – short intervals in Zone 5. It was sweaty, but so entertaining that the 45 minutes really flew by. BTW, the last interval wild shot was on purpose, because Matt asked us to push into a higher zone ;)

Saturday
- 5 Min Pre-Run Warm Up – Rebecca (7/17/24)
- 6.2 mile run
- 45 Min Endurance Run – Matt (6/7/23)
- 15 Min Pop Punk Run – JJ (3/28/25)
- 10 Min Focus Flow: For Runners – Denis (11/15/22) — Personal Streak
- 15 Min Relaxing Meditation – Kristin (9/2/21)
- 5 Min Neck Mobility – Rebecca (5/28/24) — Mobility in March
I took advantage of sunny running weather and went for a 10k in the afternoon.

Sunday
- 10 Min Morning Meditation – Chelsea (11/7/24)
- 10 Min Morning Mobility – Erik (11/13/24) — Mobility in March
- 5 Min Warm up Ride – Hannah F (3/10/25)
- 30 Min Power Zone 80s Ride – Denis (2/1/25) — W3R1
- 10 Min Cool Down Ride – Denis (3/27/25)
- 20 Min Restorative Yoga – Chelsea (3/26/25) — Serentity Sunday/Personal Streak
- 10 Min Gratitude Meditation – Kirra (3/25/25) — Serenity Sunday
I ran some errands in the morning and then decided that I was going to get started on week 3 of the Saturday Night Zones Power Zone Challenge. It was a fun ride with intervals in Zone 4.

Current Challenges + Trackers:
I did well on the March trackers. I missed only one box on the Time-Out for Self-Care tracker (I did not feel like having a smoothie), but I finished the mobility tracker (loved doing more mobility work!) and kept up with my daily yoga streak. I also finished the Bounce into Spring Challenge where we pinned the female against the male instructors and guess what – it ended up in a tie for me!

Streaker365 Time-Out for Self Care

March 31, 2025 at 12:21 pmMy week was busy as I was traveling for work on the heels of a vacation so it was a bit hectic. I got a treadmill run/walk in one morning during my work trip and then I was able to do a Caroline Girvan HIIT workout on Saturday morning with lots of modifications. I still can’t grasp/lift weights but it’s nice to have some other cardio options that include some strength training moves.

March 31, 2025 at 1:29 pmThank you so much for joining me for my century ride. A large part of my Peloton ownership is seeing how much you love it and how much it inspires you to be healthier in so many ways – stretching and yoga as well as riding of course. It’s inspiring to read your rundowns and I love your trackers as always. Great work this week.
