As you might recall, I hosted a Secret Santa Mug Swap last year. 13 people participated and I was thrilled that so many of you wanted to spread some holiday cheer among blogger friends. It was a lot of fun. I was asked a couple of times if I was going to host another mug swap this year and I decided that I would, and I’d be thrilled if you were part of it.
The basic idea of the swap is to buy one of your favorite mugs (doesn’t have to be holiday themed at all!) and send it to an assigned participant in a ‘secret santa’-style fashion. Of course, you can reveal yourself to your assigned partner, if you’d like to, when you send out your mug.
It’s always nice to get a little surprise in the mail, especially around the holidays. Does that sound like something you’d be interested in? Fantastic!
Let me give you the details:
+ The mug should cost between $5-$10 before shipping. This is just a guideline, if you are willing to spend a couple dollars more, or even put a little something extra in the package, who am I am to stop you.
+ I am going to keep the sign-up open for a week. Sign-up closes on November 23rd.
+ You’ll receive a name + address to mail your mug to on November 24th.
+ The last day to mail your mug will be December 10th. I want to make sure that all the mugs arrive before Christmas. Hopefully, that will give you enough time to shop and get the package on its way.
+The swap is open to US residents only. International postage for a package is just too expensive, so sorry.
+ Share your mug with us on December 20th on your blog or Instagram with the hashtag : #SecretSantaMugSwap2017

Please remember: if you sign up, you’re expected to purchase a mug and send it to your secret santa partner by December, 10th. If you can’t do that, please be fair to the other participants and maybe consider signing up another time. Don’t forget to come back on December 20th to see the mugs that were exchanged.
I hope you join in. And please let me know if you have any questions!
