One of my blog friends, Ev’Yan, is launching a new project, an advice column over at askapricot.com.
If you are in need of any kind of advice about love, fashion, beauty, or anything else you’re having trouble with, this is a place you can go.
Ev’Yan is a lovely, sensitive and empathetic person who will be happy to give you honest and sincere advice, regardless of the situation you’re in. If you have a serious problem or just a trivial question, you can ask anything that you’d like to ask.
If you want to learn more about her and her reasons for launching this column, go over to the about page and also check out the FAQs.
Intrigued yet? Hop on over and show her some love :)
If you still need another incentive to click over there, read on.
To celebrate the launch of ask apricot, she’s also hosting a GIVEAWAY!
Click over to her main blog ASAP to find out more, because the submission deadline for the contest ends on Thursday, at 9:00 PM Pacific time.
To enter the giveaway, you must dedicate a post on your blog to answering this question:
If you could write a letter to your younger self, giving advice for troubles that will happen in the future, what would it look like? What would you say? Would the letter be funny, or would it be serious?
Ev’Yan will then pick two of her favorite letters.
- You MUST link back to ask apricot in your question post. If there isn’t a link, you will not be entered into the contest. So make sure you’ve got a link!
- Once you’ve written the letter on your blog, leave a comment on her blog, with the link to your post inside. Then, you will be entered in the contest!
The two GIVEAWAY PRIZES are amazing…
The first winner will receive the book Style Statement: Live By Your Own Design, by Carrie McCarthy & Danielle LaPorte. –a book Ev’Yan has read herself and which she highly recommends to others who are trying to define who they really are.
The second winner will have the chance to pick out any one item of their choice from Ev’Yan’s little fashion shop, apricot’s closet. There are many goodies to choose from. Handmade necklaces, vintage clothing, & items from her very own closet. Go check it out.
