This month is National Epilepsy Awareness month and Kristine has asked us to come up with some photos that represent the following:
1. Something you seize (as in seizure, get it?)
I seize control over my own feelings today. I feel excited about moving to the US and living with my hubby :)
2. Something that shakes (because you shake when you have seizures)
© USGS website
My new home shakes. Pretty much multiple times a day. Most of the time people won’t feel it, but the seismographs record multiple earthquakes per day! I am geologist. I must be fascinated by this [and I am!].
3. And something purple (because purple is the color for National Epilepsy Awareness Month!)
Ok, this is lame… it’s the only purple thing I could find. It’s a paper clip that I’ve had since I was 12 or so. I just love the bunny ears hoody :) SANRIO stuff is so cute… is it ok for a grown woman to like stuff like that? ;)
So, let me know… did you play? I want to come and check it out!
Happy Friday everyone!

I used to live in Southern California. I’m not sure if I ever got used to the “shaking” that went on there.
Happy SPF and I played too.

November 18, 2006 at 3:44 amKind of scary to think of earthquakes on a daily basis… Was there an increase due to the rumble in the ocean near Japan or is this normal?? Scary.. Good think you love these things ;-)
Totally appropriate for a grown up to love cute things! Ha! ;-)
Smoochie! Have a fantastic weekend!
