Someone I follow on Instagram had been posting these mouthwatering pictures of the frittatas she’s been making for her family as an easy breakfast option. I am not much of a meal-prepper but I’d been meaning to make a frittata for dinner (with leftovers). I finally got around to making one and it was delicious! I had just baked a fresh loaf of bread and it was the perfect side dish to a veggie-heavy frittata dinner.
Frittatas are obviously an easy option to have ready in the fridge for breakfast and you can pretty much throw in any leftover veggies or meat that you need to get rid of. I can’t wait to try another one with a different mix of ingredients!
