Who is ready for NaBloPoMo 2025?

Not me! Hahaha. But I’ll be doing it anyway.

November is coming up – and quicker than we think – and that means it’s time for NaBloPoMo (National Blog Posting Month) again. I am (hysterically) laughing while typing this because I have no clue if I will be able to pull it off this year, but I’ve been writing and participating every year in November since 2006, and I most certainly won’t stop now.

30 blog posts in 30 days. How hard can it be?

Posting every day for 30 days straight can feel daunting, even stressful in a regular year, but 2025 might be a completely new type of challenge (for me). I haven’t been able to consistently blog for most of this year, so why would I think that I can just flip a switch in November? Well, I am honestly not sure if I can, but I will most certainly try, and I am counting on a bunch of (Cool) Bloggers to help me keep the momentum. If you wanna join me, and I know some of you are thinking about it, please sign up at the link below so that I can put you on the ‘official’ list.

COME JOIN US!

There are no official prompts that you have to follow, but to make things a little easier (mostly for myself), I decided to loosely follow a “Five Things”-themed NaBloPoMo this year. I compiled a list of Five Things prompts that you can feel free to use at random.
There is also the official NaBloPoMo2024 Blog Post Ideas list, graciously compiled by Engie last year, which you can also use for inspiration. I will link to both lists on the NaBloPoMo page.

I hope you’re excited to know that I will be hosting NaBloPoMo again. Please spread the word and invite others. Or, if you just want to be the support squad – that’s fine, too!

If you do participate, please use the hashtag #NaBloPoMo2025 on social media, so I can find you (and promote your posts!). As always, I’ll keep a running list of participants on my NaBloPoMo page. Please also feel free to use the NaBloPoMo image (at the top) for your blog posts or in your blog sidebar to promote our community and link back to the NaBloPoMo page, if you want.

  1. Wow San, I’m impressed that you’re going to even try! That’s great. As usual, I will be part of the cheering squad :)

  2. OMG that is awesome that you will post every day. I am new here and didn’t know that was a thing. I couldn’t even do all the days in the CBWC. Good luck. I look forward to your posts.

  3. I’m all in! Thank you for hosting, and remember to give yourself the grace you would give anyone else if you miss any (or all) days. You are our captain, and just having the list of participants will be great.

  4. Support squad here! 😄 I love that you’re keeping the NaBloPoMo tradition alive – since 2006, that’s pure blogging stamina. The “Five Things” theme is such a great idea; it gives structure without being restrictive. I’ll be cheering you on – can’t wait to see all the posts popping up in my feed!

  5. I’m hanging up my hat, at least for this year. I post frequently and am already finding it hard to keep up with all the blogs I follow!!!
But I will LOVE reading all the extra posts from you.

  6. I’ll be cheering for everyone participating! 🧡

  7. I’m in :)) Very much looking forward to reading everyone’s posts and commenting as much as I can.

  8. I’m in, try to be, such a good tradition!

  9. I don’t know whether I am ready. I was thinking of skipping this year, but if you can give it a shot with everything going on in your world, why not me?

  10. I am so excited to see this post. I was having a bet with myself if you will join or throw in the towel after such a crappy year. But I won because I know you won’t loose a streak and trying and failing is better than not even giving it a chance.
    So I am all here.

Of course I will be joining as well even though I have no freaking idea how to pull it off. So I have been cheating and preparing posts for the last two Sundays. There will be lots of lists and recaps. My goals to finally get some more crafts online will have to take another back seat.

I am excited and can’t wait to se who is on this year.

  11. Oh yes I am all in!!! I’m really looking forward to it. Just so you know, my level of preparedness varies from year to year- I’ve had years where I’m thinking “How in the world am I going to do this???” But then it somehow gets done. I have faith in you!!! And, a huge thank you for hosting, as always : )

  12. I will be cheering you guys on and will be responding to as many of your posts as I can! Have fun!

  13. I know it’s been a deeply challenging year for you, San, so I am impressed and inspired that you are hosting and participating in NaBloPoMo this year! I am not sure yet if I’ll join in… But maybe.

  14. Thanks for hosting again, San. I applaud you for organizing everyone and communicating suggestions. So awesome. I agree with Julie – I hope you allow yourself some wiggle room on this. You’ve got a lot going on. I’m gonna give it a try again. ;)

  15. Thank you for hosting! I’m going to try to do it this year – I’ve never posted that frequently before, but I’m excited for the challenge!

  16. I’m going to be a cheerleader this year. I’m just so exhausted and I’m already behind in reading blogs. My November goal is going to be focusing on commenting!

  17. I’m gonna do it San!! Or at least I’ll try!! Ha.
