Share a good link with me in the comments!

  1. Fun links! I definitely need to find out how to talk to anyone and how to up my note-taking game!

  2. Love that Bustle article! Agree so much with so many of the points.

I loved this post by Diane at Life Off Headset: https://lifeoffheadset.com/shavasana-with-a-baby/
It’s a great and loving tribute to the ups and downs (and realities) of parenting.

  3. I don’t know where I learned it, but I take notes using the outline method. I didn’t even know there are multiple ways to take notes or that I follow a prescriptive method for note taking. But if you opened my planner, you’d find tons of example of outline notes! I learn by writing so taking notes is key for me! Otherwise I would not retain much!

  4. Aw, thanks for the shout-out, San! You’ve got some great articles here. I could spend the rest of the evening reading every single one of them. Even though I’m not crafty I love looking at fall craft ideas- I love the dried orange garland. Great link list!

  5. Being. more present is such a good. thing. In. September I started to integrate a Social Media Free Sunday (blogs don’t count!) and today is my second one. Its amazing how much time we actually reach for the phone or mindlessly scrolling. Also what I realized, I accidentally switch around my apps on the phone and suddenly I am opening an app I didn’t intend to because it was in the spot of instagram. Every.single.time. I am realizing what just happened. also eye opening.

  6. I need to read that Be More Present post. Have it open now. I’m also curious about the note-taking methods. Others do it differently? ;) (I think we all have “our” way and it’s mind boggling to think that other approaches work for other people…)
