  1. I am definitely guilty of some of the Words to Ban! I need to be more aware of what I write in emails, even at work, in terms of how passive or apologetic they may come across. Goddamnit I’ve got some authority :-)

  2. Ooh yes, I am so guilty of some of those words to ban… like should. I’ve been trying (ha another one!) to get better but it’s so hard!

  3. I use a lot of those words from the banned list… I should (whoops that is banned) work on eliminating them maybe one at a time!
