Hi photography friends, what’s been going on in your corner of the world? I am looking forward to seeing your ‘Foto der Woche‘! Here’s my Glücklichmacher #39:
Olmstead Point, CA (taken September 26, 2014)
One of my favorite places here in California is Yosemite National Park and I got the chance to spend a little time there last Friday on my way back home from my work trip. I stopped at many different vista points and happened to be able to snap this intimate moment of a couple enjoying the beautiful view and moving clouds from breath-taking Olmstead Point.
It’s kind of funny that I was able to get this picture considering that there were a whole bunch of people around (and this tree that appears to grow out of a blank rock surface is a popular photographic subject at this particular vista point!). Have you been to Yosemite? Do you know where this particular spot is?

Also, love this picture. So lovely.
