This week has been busy, busy, busy. I have no idea how I found the time to actually squeeze out some decent posts, considering that I do most of my brain storming/post drafting at work during my lunch breaks. But hey, it’s Friday and even though I am at the office (trying to meet some deadlines), the weekend is almost here!

On top of two very good, necessary and eye-opening phone calls with a dear friend this week, she also sent me a little “just because”-package in the mail with my favorite German tea and a cute note this week . I mean, you seriously cannot NOT love this girl!

It looks like we’re getting lots of water dumped on us this weekend. That wouldn’t particularly bother me, if I would be staying home and cozy up on the couch, but we have plans to go to a College football game tomorrow, so it would be nice if the rain wouldn’t start until tomorrow night, thankyouverymuch. (It’s so not happening.)

I scored a $50 Groupon for Nordstrom Rack for $25 this morning. Hooray! Can’t wait to do some winter clothes shopping there!

For the weekend, I have the following planned. Today I’m hoping to relax after work, cook some yummy dinner, and maybe watch a movie. On Saturday, I’ll have to run errands in the morning, get my laundry done, go to the College football game in the afternoon, and have dinner with friends. On Sunday, I am seriously planning to start tackling my to-do list (posted yesterday).
