J and I had a quiet last day before Christmas yesterday. We walked around at the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, went out for a yummy breakfast at the Café 50’s and went to see “The Holiday” in the afternoon. What a lovely movie!
It was actually less busy out than I thought it would be on December, 23. Most people obviously got their Christmas shopping done on time ;)
We spent a cozy evening at home and exchanged our gifts last night, because we didn’t want to take everything up to Ventura to Jon’s parents house to which we’re going to leave in about 30 minutes.
