This is my new webspace

If you can read this, you have successfully made it from here or here to my very new, very own website :)

I had been thinking about getting my own website for quite a while, but always thought that getting a domain and finding a host would be ridiculously expensive. [“ridiculously” means expensive enough that I would be to frugal to treat myself]. Obviously, webhosting has become quite affordable lately and over the weekend, I decided on the spur of the moment to sign up!

It has taken me quite a bit of time and effort to turn this site into what it looks like right now. I’ve pretty much taught myself in CSS and PHP and all the other good stuff that comes with being fully responsible for your own web presence. It was fun though and I am geek when it comes to puzzling out a new toy :)
