THINGS ARE MOVING ALONG…

I just heard from J that we got I-797, NOA1 (Notice of Action) from the USCIS in the mail – Receipt notice for our I-130 application. I know, I am confusing some of you with all of these weird abbreviations and form numbers, but some others might actually be able to follow ;) It just means that we’re getting one step (of still a looong way) closer to my visa. I have an online account with the USCIS now and will receive emails whenever something is happening with my case. This is good. It feels like something is being done. I still have no idea how long this whole process will take, but I am going to be positive and hope that everything will work out until the summer.
