  3. You always find great articles to share! The calorie one is interesting. All calories are not created equal so it makes sense to shift from focusing on calories!

    I gave up social media for lent and it has helped me kind of break up with my phone. I’m on it way less than I was before. When I was using social media, I used the screen time limits on the iPhone to make sure I wasn’t on social media too much. It’s so easy to mindlessly scroll and that is something I’d like to really cut out!
