We love our Rhineland potato soup and I honestly should make it more often. It might not look like much, but I promise you, it’s so good. Usually I would add “Mettwürstchen” (which is a kind of cured and smoked sausage, very popular where I am from), but since I can’t get them here and you gotta make do, I’ve decided to add pancetta and green beans.
