As a geography nerd, I find this so fascinating. I used to spend hours flipping through my world atlas when I was a teenager. 10 maps which will change how you view the world.

Mini turkey meatball vegetable soup. The perfect dinner for a chilly night.

Have you ever thought about the difference between routines vs. rituals? I like both, but I see how they can be very different.

Here’s what happened when I slept for an extra hour each night. This is intriguing. How many hours of sleep do you get on a regular basis?

This was a fun read. As much as I complain about the postal service sometimes, I do recognize and appreciate what a miracle it is that I can put a letter in a blue box on a street corner and that through some magic that letter will end up in my parents’/friend’s mailbox halfway across the world! Send more mail, people!

I eat most of my lunches at my desk at work. I think this guide to upgrade your midday meal is genius.

I loved Erin’s perspective on grieving those we never met.

17 kitchen cheat sheets everyone should know about. These are so handy!

Were you a fan of Mailbox? Are you sad it’s going to shut down in 38 days?

Do you use buttermilk? If not, you should reconsider. What it is, why it’s good and how to use it.

Why rejection hurts so much – and what to do about it. We’ve all been there, haven’t we?

  1. I wish that it was easier for me to get 8 hours of sleep! My sleep quality has improved but it’s still tough for me to get more than 7 hours of sleep. Just one more hour of sleep would help so much I think!

  2. More sleep definitely has to be one of my goals. It’s weird to think there’s a major different between 7 and 8 hours, but I imagine it can only help. Plus, maybe it would prevent my insane sleeping hours on the weekend.

  3. Those maps were soo interesting!

  4. I’ve been on some of these sites before but saved a few that were new to me. Thanks for sharing!

  5. I eat my oats/cereals/muesli with buttermilk! So yummy!

  6. That sleep blog is very interesting. I should really be in bed now! ha!

  7. Thank you for these! I was just thinking yesterday what on earth to do with the buttermilk in my fridge, so, your timing/my retiming, is perfection.
