I love your Saturday morning breakfast. It reminds me of home and even more of my school trip to Paris eons ago. We stayed at this hole-in-the wall hotel in Montmartre and still believe that the breakfast there consisted of the best café au lait, croissants, butter and jam I have ever tasted. Funny, how oftentimes the most simple foods are the best. I use a French press for my coffee, too. It makes by far the best tasting coffee, IMO. It is so worth the tiny bit of extra work. Those croissants look great. Are they the ones you make yourself?
