30: Another NaBloPoMo in the books!

Well, well, here we are again…. wrapping up another year of NaBloPoMo. Every year, I worry what I will be blogging about for 30 days in a row and then I run out of days before I run out of blog ideas. It’s a nice problem to have and I hope it keeps me into the habit of writing and posting here. Not quite daily though, as you might be relieved to hear. After all, as hard as it can be to post every single day, it might be a bit of a chore to keep up with daily posts from others as well (although I will say that I have thoroughly enjoyed all the posts this month).

I am thrilled to have had some true blog warriors by my side again this year. Thank you, thank you for joining in the fun this year TobiaJenny, NSG, Stephany, Stefanie, and Kristyn, you all did amazing! It’s been so great to follow along this month and to get to know each of you (better).

I’ve been kinda bummed that the NaBloPoMo community has been shrinking over the last few years, but I still enjoy the writing exercise every November and I am always happy to find a few others who decide to give it a go! It really felt like a little community again this year! I can’t wait to do this with all of you again next year!

30: Another NaBloPoMo in the books!

Thanks for sticking around this month, and as always, thanks for reading and commenting.

  1. Yay! Congrats on finishing! It does feel good, doesn’t it? I hope I keep the momentum to keep posting, although there’s no way I’ll post every day in December. Ha!

I also really appreciate you organizing all of this. I sort of felt like there were no blogging communities left anymore and it was so delightful to stumble upon your blog and see that there ARE people still posting regularly.

  2. Gold star for making it through to the end. I’ve enjoyed reading along immensely (and managed to join a very fun Secret Santa exchange in the process)!

  3. Well I am very sorry that NaBloPoMo is over! I loved seeing you pop up daily in my feed.

  4. It was so enjoyable reading all your posts!

  5. Thank you San! It was so fun. You’re right, keeping up with everyone else’s posts was really fun, but also time consuming. I’m sad that it’s over but also a little relieved (of course.) And looking forward to doing it again next year! Maybe we can drum up some enthusiasm and get more people to join. “Make NaBloPoMo Great Again” can be our motto (or, maybe not.)
Thanks again for being our fearless leader!

  6. Great job on posting every day! That’s fantastic.

    -Lauren

  7. Well done on finishing another NaBloPoMo. It takes dedication and time but looks like alot of fun!

  8. Yeah for making it another year. I still need to catch up reading on a couple of post. As you said its hard to manage all. I hope this weekend will give me a bit of breathing room. And even though I am currently exhausted – not at all to fully blame on NaBloPoMo I already look forward to next year.

  9. I’m so glad you’ve continued the NaBloPoMo spirit, even when it seemed like nobody else was joining in. But there are still people participating and it’s thanks to people like you to keep that momentum going. It was so much fun to participate this year and I look forward to doing it again in 2022.

  10. I didn’t participate, obviously, but I’m so glad all of you did! It’s been wonderful to read everyone’s updates. I still have to navigate to some of the new-to-me blogs (bandwidth for reading blogs was hard-hit in November, of course….), but it’s wonderful to see “traditional” blogging still out there in force!
And you did an AMAZING job rallying everyone to the cause. :) thank you for doing it – again!
