Exciting times

Today is THE day!

The day on which What Generation put up their first music video clip on Youtube.

For those of you who check in for the first time: My husband Jon and his friend Aaron are What Generation, a Classic Rock Revival Band. They play covers as well as completely original music. Currently they’re writing original music for a self-debut album to be completed by January 2008.

J and Aaron have worked hard to be where they are right now [here in Los Angeles, with their own studio to practice and a half-way completed album]. This has been a tough road, and I assume, it’ll only get tougher, but this is their passion and they put their heart and soul into the music. I think you will see that.

Nobody is doing what they’re doing. Let’s help them make Rock ‘n’ Roll history!

Please check out their video and -if you like it- leave a little feedback. They would very much appreciate it.

  1. Oh wow yeah they really put a lot into their music and you can totally see it the way they play and sing. I really liked Jon’s spirit fingers near the beginning of the song ;-).

I wish them all the best and hope the effort is gonna be worth it!

  2. I saw the video as I also wrote at Flickr. It sounds very good! Please tell them from me :D

  3. Yeah! They went with a very hard song to sing and play – well done! I’m exited for them!

  4. man, they ROCK!

i should have gotten me that autograph last year
when they played at the wedding. dang! :)

  5. Oh how exciting! You can really see that they put their heart and soul into their music! Can’t wait to hear some of their own music! Keep going!

  6. Pretty cool! Good luck to them!
